Since we already knew what type we wanted (Hybrid) it did make the process easier since we did not have to look at every mattress to figure out what we needed. We arrived around 11:30 am and there was one other couple looking around. Porter came out and asked to help us. I told him we needed a hybrid and besides the one that was already on the floor, he pulled out another sample for us to try out. It was perfect! Since it was Black Friday, the mattress (Sleepy's brand) was 50% off. There had a time slot for next day delivery. This was a nice surprise. Porter was knowledable, friendly, kind, funny and very professional. He rang everything up quickly and we were on our way. The next day, the delivery team called us and they were running early! This meant we now had enought time to unbox the mattress to give it the 6 hours it needs to come back to life. We were able to sleep on it that night and it was awesome! Felt so good. We got the Sleepys (Mattress Firm's brand) king size Dose Mattress. It says it is medium firmness, but it is closer to firm which is what I need for my back. Had a great night sleep! My wife and I just had the most dissatisfying experience in our lives today, we recently purchased our second family room set from your Manteca store and we have purchase family room sets from you in the past. Being from the service business for 35 years, I was in disbelief of the way your company is taking care of it's repeat customers. You know what's unusual is, that you can't contact any managers from the store directly, the managers can treat you bad, because the public has no way to contact them and hold them accountable! You might want to change that! I ordered a rug off your website and what we received wasn't even close to what was shown on your website! The colors suppose to be cooper and we were delivered a red rug. We drove three hours to return the rug to your Manteca store, thinking since we just purchase our second family room set from Living Spaces there, your folks would take great care of us and exchange the rug, by the way, the rug was never even removed from the wrapper. My wife and I went to exchange the rug for something the correct color. That's when we had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Tiffany, I don't even know if that's her real name. She said, you are passed the 7 day return policy. We never signed anything agreeing to a 7 at return policy and it's been less than 30 days since we were delivered the carpet. She was extremely unhelpful, rigged and condescending. We asked for the store manager. She said she was a supervisor, I then asked if I could get the name of the store manager. She said she didn't need to give me his or her name to me. I'm sure there is video of the exchange. It got heated, because I was upset. I told her I was going to give her and the store terrible review that would cost you business and I serious about this, because of how we were treated. We felt like we were being treat as thieves. Like we were trying to take advantage of your company after just spending $5000.00 on a couch! We got greeted immediately, and then the manager introduced us to Bella, Bella was very good with her knowledge of the different couches, didn't pressure us and was extremely patient too. She did a great job helping us out and we wanted to be sure to give her a shoutout on here. You pretty much can build any couch you want for the most part, pick your type & color of fabric to go with it too. We ended up picking something out that night, and getting it ordered. They gave us a quoted date, and ended up beating that date by about a week to get us our product earlier than expected. The delivery team was fast and easy for us. Furniture places can be hit or miss when I read the reviews, but our experience with this location went well.
