We were pleasantly surprised with this one, we weren't too sure off of the reviews, but had a great experience! They have a large selection of home furnishings, and good prices by comparison to other stores. The employees were helpful, and were not overbearing. They let us take our time browsing and were not breathing down our necks. We found a sectional sofa that we fell in love with. The reason we went into this store is because we dont' have the best credit, but wanted to get something nice and affordable that we could finance. They were able to work with us and even cut us a good deal. The two men that delivered the sofa to us were extremely friendly and considerate of our home. While installing the feet on our sofa, their electric drill's battery died so they asked to borrow a screw driver. They scratched it a little bit, and weren't able to do the job with it. They came back less than 30 minutes later, they bought us a nice new screw driver [better than the one we had] and had the job done quickly. I am certain we will be returning for all future furniture purchases. I highly recommend! read more

Went in after shopping online and comparing prices at two other furniture store in the area. We were looking just for a new mattress, however my son loved their display bunk beds, so we ended up buying him one on the way out with the money we saved. Our sales rep, Mike, was very flexible and willing to negotiate. We ended up paying less than $1400 for a new, comfy mattress, bunk bed for our son, no sales tax, and free delivery. Cons: Delivery men were supposed to deliver the same day between 2-4, called at 4 to say they were 35 minutes away. They set up our mattresses sloppily (halfway on the bed frame). We had to fix their work as soon as they left. read more

My husband and I visited furniture pros after a recommendation from a friend. Right away we were really impressed with the store. Not only with the furniture selection, but the overall quality etc...what they did not have in the store, they had a big tv monitor that you could browse through and pick whatever you wanted which I thought was pretty neat. We were helped by a young guy named Sam. My husband let him know we were there for the best deal possible and would be paying cash. We picked a variety of furniture from a kitchen table, to beds, mattresses, bar stools etc..we set up delivery for early in the week. Delivery did not go as originally scheduled. We were told our stuff would be in Saturday, then Monday or Tuesday, then Thursday....finally I called to let them know I was not happy. My kids were sleeping on the floor and we were eating on the floor. They told me they could deliver Saturday afternoon. I really was not happy with that answer but went with it but the more I thought about it the more upset I got. I called back and expressed my frustration. A guy named Jim, worked it out so we were able to get our furniture that Friday evening. It was going to be late but I didn't care, I just wanted my kids to be able to sleep in their beds. The guys that delivered the furniture were great. They didn't have attitudes that they were delivering so late, they were great sports. They put everything together and were on their way. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Head board was delivered damaged. We had to return it to the store, 32 miles round trip. They would not come & get it. It will take 30 days + to get a replacement, and they will not deliver that either, or ship it to a home address. And the lady had nothing but attitude about it. This is the third time I have purchased from here. I never had any problems with the sale lady that we dealt with. We went back this time but she no longer works there. Ordered couches and were told we would have them by the end of next week. So we sold our current ones and I called about the time they were supposed to be delivered. Now they are saying it will be ANOTHER WEEK! Exact words were "it should be the end of next week. They are trying really hard to get it in early, it was originally supposed to be the end of the month." Someone could have called and told me! I'm afraid I'll call next week and they will tell me it won't be until the end of the month! So we will be at least a week with nothing to sit on. I'm not sure I'll be back after this. read more

I recently bought a bed for the guest room in my house. My experience in the store was fine. They are helpful. However I was not impressed with the delivery. I had asked to be able to put the bed skirt on when they set down the box springs. One of the men said they would do it for me. Unfortunately, after they left I realized they had not taken the plastic off the box springs or mattress. They put the bed skirt over the plastic. So I had to struggle to get the plastic off by my self. So sad it would have taken them two seconds to get the plastic off. But because they didn't do that small piece of customer service, I will not be going back to purchase the couches I need. read more
