The teachers actually know what they're doing. They are experienced caregivers who handle situations the way a seasoned parent would- calm, thoughtful, practical- rather than someone fresh out of a single child development class and improvising on the fly. They're sincerely kind to the kids. You cannot fake this, and you can see it instantly in how the children interact with their teachers. Our twins are comfortable, engaged, and happy. They love going to school. They've seen every kind of family. This one matters more than people realize. Stepping Stones has clear understanding and experience with the full range of modern family situations; foster placements, kinship guardianships, single-parent households, blended families, and all the moving parts those arrangements bring with them. They handle each situation with the same grace; No awkwardness, no extra questions, no treating any setup as a special case. Just good care for whichever kid is standing in front of them.
