This place barely makes 2 stars. Rude employees. We ordered an extra cheese with our pretzel bites (which were hard as a rock after 10 mins) and the employee gave us an attitude when we asked for the 2nd cheese cause they didn't give it to us. The girl was rude!! As far as the theatre itself, y'all need to upgrade and get on Sperrys level. No table/tray?! How am I supposed to hold all of this!? First time here had to see My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3, nice and clean. The only thing I didn't like was I could here the movie next to us, it was really loud and the lady that decided to take off her shoes so I could see her bare nasty feet was gross. This theater was a little confusing. I bought my tickets online and just figured they scanned them as you walked in. Not so, so I had to wait in line a second time at the food counter for them to scan and print out my tickets. Theatre is nice. It's smaller than most AMC's. The drink selection and the theaters are small. It is clean which I like. Maybe next time I go I will have the system down better. I also wish they would sell mixed drinks like the rest of the Amc theaters. Your only choices are beer and wine. read more

I worked here 20 years ago. I still like to come back. Spacious theaters, comfortable seating, good sides, and friendly staff. Dutch was my manager and is an awesome guy. I am closer to other theaters now but will come here when the right movie is out. Bathrooms are clean, the lobby is clean, the theaters are clean. Prices are on par or better than others in town. A nice theater to go to on an evening out (or on weekends when I can). read more

Smaller theater tucked inside the Birchwood Mall but the theaters feel large and were spotless. Very comfy recliner chairs and the bathrooms were spotless. Good selection of movies to pick from and the variety of times fit my needs. Great experience. . 4 stars because the scanner was down. . The theater entrance is on the backside of the mall and isn't well marked but you can enter through the front entrance and veer off to the center of the food court area to get to it. read more

When I saw Avengers, street rats talked through the whole thing and the manager only walked the aisle, didn't say anything to them. Other than that its a good theatre. read more

Although small, this theater is comfortable, clean, and staffed by friendly, professional staff. Ticket prices are excellent, although the concession prices are expectedly high, as these are elsewhere. The film selection is especially good, given the mall location and the many other theaters in the area. The staff is one of the most polite and most helpful I've encountered and the concession stand offers a wide selection of options, from traditional movie fare like popcorn and candy to prepared food, including a pretty good slider duo. The auditoriums are small, with the largest likely seating no more than 100, but each contains recliner seating. The picture and sound quality are both excellent and all the films I've seen here run without interruption of any kind, whether from technical issues or disturbances from other patrons. Despite being a chain theater in a sprawling (and somewhat dying) mall, AMC Birchwood 10 is truly a gem! read more

We visited this movie theatre while in town on vacation at the lake. It is located in the mall. It is a very nice theatre, looks to be fairly recently remodeled. The entrance is from the mall, on the far side, away from M25. When you enter, you step up to a register and buy tickets and concessions all at once. That was new to me but seemed to work ok. The theatres are relatively small but with quite new lounge chair style seats. Every seat reclines (electric) and the foot rest comes up! Wow!! Really nice. There isn't much of a grade to the floor but we had no trouble seeing from the back, including the kids. Everyone was friendly and we had a great experience. read more

Cheap tickets and comfy seats. HOWEVER ... not set up for paperless tickets ... seriously noisy ventilation ducts in some theatres ... and today, a seizure-class flickering screen in theatre 1 (indicating a worn projector bulb that according to an employee had been a problem for the last 3-4 days). The manager was not prepared to change it, so I politely requested a refund -- not possible I was told, because I had purchased through Atom -- he could only offer a credit. I said "No thanks", called Atom, and got an instant refund. That's my last visit to this theatre, there are much better options available. read more
