Eh, wasn't impressed, but it was clean and I saw my movie. Not much else I can ask for. However I hate how much food is, I know its like that everywhere. Here, you can get a soft pretzel, that is frozen and you have to sit and wait for it. Since this is the closest theater to me, I end up going here a lot out of convenience. The ticket prices are outrageously cheap compared to other theaters. It used to be $3.50 but is now $4.50. They recently renovated and it looks a little bit better. The seats are elevated whereas they used to just be in flat rows making it hard to see. The seats are also cushier and recline back. Don't come here for late night showings if you get annoyed with loud and rude teenagers. This area has also gotten a little rough over the past five years so take that into consideration. read more

Recently went to a showering of Black Panther here. I was not impressed at all, very unorganized right when you walk in. If you use the QR code from any ticket app you have to use a kiosk that is not responsive at all. I use the Fandango app, so I got to experience all that "joy". So after I get my ticket there is no one there to scan it. My wife and I along with a few others started waiting when a random employee screamed for us to "just go". Not good customer service at all. So we get into the theater and find our seats. I will say they were decently comfortable. The showing of the film had some sound issues at first but then wasn't to bad. After the show, I go to use the restroom and it smelled like a Porto potty. Very unsanitary to say the least. Most of the workers were younger adults that were more worried about talking or playing on their phones. I will certainly not return unless there are some major changes. In my opinion it is much more worthwhile to go to another theater. read more

We went to see Star Wars on 12/27/17. Ticket pricing was ok for 4 adults. This was our first time at this AMC. The place was very messy. The staff was not friendly. The prices for popcorn and drinks was astronomical!! We ordered 3 regular popcorns and 4 regular drinks and it was $40!! I expect to pay more for these things at a theater, but this is too much. $10 a person for snacks?? When we arrived, the previous movie was still running. There were no benches or places to sit while waiting. We usually go to the Lennox theater and there are plenty of benches there to use if you choose. The theater was nice and the reclining seats were ok for me. Comfortable. The theatre was very cold, however - we were in the back row and could feel the air blowing on us. It was 11 degrees outside and it felt like the AC was on. We had to use our coats to cover up. Tip: Bring a blanket! :) I'm not sure how to contact AMC directly, but this place needs a better manager. There were plenty of people working, but they stood around more than they worked from the looks of the place. read more

It's always been a hit or a miss with me and this place. You get what you pay for is probably the best term to use here. The Good -You can't beat the pricing of the tickets here compared to any other theater around. It's great. -Recently remodeled, so the seating has changed to a much more comfortable setup. Seats tilt back now and have movable arms. Coolness. -Dollar hot dogs! Yummy. -In the past year they have begun showing 3-D movies more and more. -Children under a certain age are no longer allowed to enter after 6 pm unless accompanied by an adult. Not the fairest of rules but it has noticeably cut down on the number of preteens just hanging out and goofing off without parents around. The Bad -The staff. They are usually very nasty or unfriendly. I have had numerous bad experiences, especially with a manager. -Inconstancy with policies. Sometimes they ID and sometimes they don't. Or like with the mentioned rule about 6 pm above. They have a bad habit of allowing children and teens to purchase tickets to R rated films only to ID them right before they get into the actual theater and kick them out without refund. That seems like a shady business practice to me. read more

Oh, the appeal/charm of old/cheap (ie grotty!) movie theaters!! Admittedly, going to the theater doesn't rouse my interest quite as much since we got our 130 inch screen, surround-sound home theater a few months ago (Netflix ftw!), but every so often a movie comes out that I absolutely HAVE to see straight away. Cinemas 10 is just around the corner from me, and I love how cheap and tacky it is. I think the most expensive ticket is $3.50. The seats are lumpy, it's not very clean, the staff don't really give a crap, the decor is garish, and it REEKS of an almost gas-like popcorn smell, but I still really enjoy going there, especially after a few beers at Woo Doggies next door. read more

Went to AMC to see bubble bee which was great.... But there customer is so bad.... Asked for fresh popcorn not already in the bowl and the worker took a bowl of pop corn and though it back in with the fresh popcorn that was popping and gave me pop corn out of the same bowl.... won't be going to AMC again canceling my membership read more

These days I dont usually go OUT to see movies...but when I do I really want the experience to be something worthwhile. I've always said you get what you pay for...but in this instance...I got a pretty sweet deal. 4.50 for a new release movie and hot dogs for only a dollar??? Pinch me Im dreaming! Of course I caught an early matinee (before 6PM) so that saved me 2.50. The only reason I didn't give Starplex Cinemas Movies 10 a 5 star rating is because the seats were not very comfortable (for me anyway....Im forever grateful to the person that invented theater seats with moveable arms)...and also the bathroom was a kind of untidy. Maybe I just felt that going THAT early in the day with hardly anyone attending the movies...the bathroom shouldnt have been THAT messy. But Ive seen wayyy worse...so that's a minor point. Overall...if you're a person on a budget (and who isnt these days) and you wanna get out and take the kids somewhere this summer....movies are a good way to go...and Movies 10 is a great way to do it! Great popcorn and drinks, but employees weren't very friendly or patient. The seats don't recline too far back and leads more to be desired. The past two times i have gone, the theater has been way too warm and heard many others complaining about how warm it was. read more

This is a beautiful theater and I'm sure a lot of money was spent on the renovations. However when I went today it seems that none of the employees are motivated to maintain it. It was a mess! There were straws, napkins, and food all over the floor of the refreshment area. I would hate to see a theater close to home not do well because no one is maintaining it! Management needs to make sure they are assigning cleaning duties. read more

They have reasonable prices on new movies, especially for families. I would have to say that the one draw back is all the teenagers who hang outside. But they also have a police officer outside to keep an eye on the crowd to prevent any trouble. read more

The seats in this place are awwwwful! The food is costly, as in most theaters. Plus side: Movie tickets are just $4.50 before six pm! Try this little adventure if you please, just be prepared to be UNimpressed. read more

Went to see paranormal activity and every staff member was rude other than the guy who gave me the ticket. Which doesn't make sense because he was the one dealing with no printer paper and having to write the ticket. You'd think it would be the other way around. read more

Generally a visit to this theater goes by uneventfully. However my most recent visit had the movie not even start until 20 minutes after Showtime and When something came on the screen it was the wrong film! That movie played for about five minutes then it was cut off and our feature presentation began... at no point did staff speak to us during this event... The only reason the right movie played is because they were informed by patrons that the right one started. After the show there was no staff available to apologize for the delay or the wrong showing.... no member of the audience received sorry passes or any form of compensation either even though several were seeking it out read more

I love that they have done a remodel but the last 2 times I have gone there has been problems with people not finding their seats or people talking. Also the lobby is always very dirty. The employees are not friendly. One of the last times I went I had kids talking and it took 3 times of me getting up from my movie for security to do anything. Me and my boyfriend will not be returning. We would rather wait until it comes out on dvd. read more

Nice theater, clean great seats, good sound. Saw Jurasic World when it came out in 3D. Nice people for staff. I thought the box office outside was open but after checking and waiting a few minutes we went inside and they we selling tickets at the concession stand. Overall a very good experience. read more

Movie theater was fine but when we walked out 5 cars in the parking lot were broken into. Windows were smashed and there was glass all over the place. You're definitely taking a risk going to this theater, especially after dark and to later movies. read more

Apparently this movie theater sells more tickets for showings than they have seats for. I bought tickets from movietickets.com on Friday for a Saturday evening movie. We got there, printed the tickets and went into the theater where at least 20 other people were standing around because there were no more seats. We were told they are remodeling and they were using a smaller theater right now and to take the tickets back to the box office for a refund. We were in line for 15 minutes and they continued to sell tickets to customers. The finally announced the showing was sold out. Who sells more tickets than they have seats? I guess I have to go to one of the more expensive, fancy movie theaters in town when I want to see a movie. read more

Worst movie watching experience ever. I've always gone to AMC theaters and now I know why Id rather pay more for a better experience. These theaters are TINY and there might be 20 good seats in the whole place. Brought the kids to see a movie here. The bottom half of the movie? Not that great. The movie (which has only been out for a few days) kept freezing and at one point cut to black and had to be fixed. The seats were not comfortable to sit in and they were hard for my five year old to even balance in because the seat kept folding up if he sat back. The cold popcorn wasn't stellar either. Theater was very clean with great quality sound and screen. Seats were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and quick to help. I didn't care for the popcorn or butter. Everything else was great. Highly recommend. Why pay more to go elsewhere?? read more

Tonight (October 25th 2018) I attempted to watch the newest Halloween movie and unfortunately AMC in Hilliard allowed it to be ruined. A gaggle of people ranging from children too young to know what's going to adults old enough to know way better seated just a row in front of us were never handled by AMC workers. The ENTIRE movie it was nothing but laughing, farting, laughing at farting, talking, screaming, getting up and of course children waving glo sticks. When my friend finally decided to go and say something he was informed that the issue had already been brought to their attention saying "That's still going on?" but unless he witnessed the incident there was nothing he could do. I understand policy but tell me who is going to continue being disruptive when they can see a person in the AMC uniform standing there. In fact a couple of the most disruptive members in the group knew they were getting reported so they got up and walked out to wait for the AMC worker to come in and returned to their seats only after he left. Considering my friend was not the first person to complain and you could literally see the glo stick being waved around, I feel like there was 100% more that could've been done. The cherry on top was being told by a manager basically policy is policy.. So who cares if the entire theater came to complain if no one from AMC saw/heard the disruption. Next time will drive the extra 10 to a different theater in hopes of being able to watch in peace. read more

Horrible theatre. Been going to this theatre for years just because its cheap but its no longer worth it. Horrible service, teenagers running around everywhere, and getting ID'd for stupid reasons. The theaters are ridiculously small, sound is inconsistent, and the ceiling is falling apart. If you want to enjoy a movie experience, buck up and go to the Lennox IMAX. read more

Most uncomfortable seats ever! My back was killing me by the end of the movie and I recommend avoiding this theater like the plague!
