Planning road trips to the USA using the guidebooks and maps, getting the special AAA hotel rates there. This is before the days of GPS and data. There is a small waiting area with some reading materials. You will need to get the pod for coffee/tea from the reception. I did not see any water dispenser though. The wait was a bit longer than expected and it would be good to be given an approximate waiting time or a Q number so you could make a guess on the wait time. The staff I spoke with was friendly and helpful, and did not try to up-sell or hard-sell any services. Parking is available behind the building.
