THEY CALLED ME BACK!…read more Out of the ten or so companies I reached out two, I didn't hear back from most of them, had an odd conversation with one, and one didn't do the sort of project I needed done. So our house had an extension built on by someone's cousin who may have seen a Youtube video on it once, and now we're dealing with a whole slew of issues that need addressing. They have a lot of projects lined up, so they have a bit of a waiting list, but we were able to have our issues inspected and we're getting an estimate soon on the repairs. Absolutely thrilled with the customer service. Darri Washburn has been just a breath of fresh air. She's kept us in the loop throughout everything, taking extra time to explain things that I didn't understand. The invoices sent didn't have any surprise charges on them and have been a fair price. I am very happy with how this company is taking care of us and intend on going to them first for all future renovation and construction needs. Fan for life.

Won't even do that. Defective and I'm stuck with it.

Received superior customer service from Nicole who helped with everything from previewing a proof, paying the invoice, and instructions on how to make the installation. This was critical as I am based in Arizona, Signs & More is based in Georgia, and the bridge is located in New Jersey. Nicole did a quality job of facilitating this remote/virtual transaction. Also, Signs & More was patient as we went through the process of securing township approval to move forward with our project. The plaque looks great, is of high quality, and ultimately was exactly what I was seeking.

Per emails and phone records, on 9/5/2025 @ 6pm I completed/emailed the Intake Form to her, which she confirmed receiving on 9/6/2025 @ 11:19am. As I had yet to receive an invoice or any further communications, on 9/18/2025 @ 2:43pm I phoned and left Ms King a voicemail message regarding the status of the invoice. I kindly requested a response by phone or email as to the status of the invoice or if she was still interested in doing business with me. As of 10/9/2025 I've yet to receive a response back. In todays world, to request a completed Intake Form and suddenly stop all communications is unprofessional and concerning. What started out as a good experience quickly changed leading me to hire another attorney.

I also had to come here because UPS declined to deliver a package from Amazon to me for some reason. They took it to this store instead. They didn't leave any notice at my house; the only way I found out was through Amazon, and then I had to come here to get the package. Not sure what the issue was, but it would have been nice for them to deliver the package or to let me know somehow the package was at the store. Not sure what's going on here. Not my favorite place, but they are certainly "good enough." Previous review: Folks were courteous; I hardly waited in line; they printed out a receipt without my needing to ask for it. My wife dropped off a package here earlier that was too heavy for her to bring in, and they gladly came out and got it for her. Talk about over and above! The only reason I'm holding off on giving the fifth star is because I haven't used these guys but twice so far. However, both times thus far have been very good. They keep it up, and the fifth star is inevitable.

I was rear-ended over 2 years ago and ran off the road. My attorney at the time, Nikki Oates, told…read moreme I deserved the max policy of $50,000, but since she's left, the whole demeanor of Gary Martin Hayes and Associates has changed. My new case manager attempted to get me to accept a $15,000 settlement. I have over $12,000 in medical bills. The bulk of it coming from their referenced Revive Orthopedic charging over $11,000 for an MRI, nerve test, and about 6 office visits. Excessive. Gary Martin Hayes & Associates isn't even the one filing suit. They've given that to the Titus Law Group. The conclusion was a $23,000 settlement, where they walked away with $8,312.80. I received $7,052.20. And medical was reduced to $7,635.00. Gary Martin Hayes was paid for nothing since Titus actually filed the suit. I would've been better off contacting them, and it was still less than half of the max $50,000 available for a permanent injury. (See attached document) Please find someone else to fight your case. I wish I did.
