They will even reach out to you before printing your order if they think it needs updates, the paper quality could be better or anything to make it absolutely perfect. So far, I order all of my business items from them. They print cards, pop up banners, envelopes, letters, flyers, all types of brochures and more. Then with me social distancing she was trying to instruct me super FAST how to use print machine . I was rushing to find email and clearly couldn't see what she was doing . Then she RUDLEY said to me "when your ready come get me!" I decided not to talk to her anymore and have manager help me that explained it was because of safety with social distancing that she was being that way . Yet what stuck me as strange is NO-ONE HAD A MASK ON homemade or of any type . Plus lady that helped me had runny nose . So bottom line would be HOW YOU TALK to someone makes a huge difference and if you care about social distancing WEAR A MASK .

I have duplicate and triplicate invoices printed with sequential numbering and called to complain about the legibility of second and third copies. I had 2,000 copies printed (over $500 if I remember correctly) and apparently they printed numbers that we have already used as well as printed illegible numbers. This company is the only company I have ever used so why would they print the same numbers twice? Frustrated by guessing at invoices numbers, I called to ask what could be done. I was informed that they use a third party for numbering and the vendor advised them that this is a common problem and they can't guarantee the numbering won't be smudged. What?? I advise you to keep your $ and find a company with integrity.
