There's also the cheap ass weekly specials. Be sure to check out the list in the bathroom. It's $2 for whiskey on Wednesdays. Among the many cheap drinks. Burgers are most popular among the food options. The food menu also has a lot for vegans. It's $6 for the Impossible Chicken. This comes on a bun topped with lettuce, onions, and pickles. Has to be one of the places you go to when visiting this college town to check out the local flavor. It's on Illinois Avenue at Walnut Street. There's lots to get for meat eaters such as burgers, and there's also healthier options, including many things for vegans and vegetarians.

I'm not sure if I'm missing a social cue here or something, but Haley already seemed like she was busy with enough customers. So not only were we IGNORED, but were quite literally bullied by one of the bartenders. Terrible service, and it sort of messed up our whole night.

The next time we stopped in was a busy Friday night. We each had a steak (filet and ribeye), which is served with side salad and baked potato. The steaks were both more medium rare than medium, but had good flavor and we still enjoyed them. We also had cheese sticks for an appetizer while waiting on the steaks, and those are served with ranch and marinara. They were good too!
