Who'd have thought a salon like this would be in Ortonville. I happened to be driving by on my way home and spotted this old house restored into a salon. I stopped in and got a haircut and my eyebrows waxed. The owner, Denise, is super friendly as well as the staff. They have the works here; hair, nails, waxing, and facials. The prices are reasonable and they will bend over backwards to accommodate your schedule. I would recommend this to anyone in need of some beauty time. Men are welcome as well. Amedae Salon is a great place to let yourself be pampered. The staff is experienced, friendly, and the salon itself is so very charming. The stylists will make sure you have the most up to date style, and will leave you with healthy, shiny hair. They also provide waxing, manicures, and pedicures. Dawn has given me the best pedicure I have ever had, and there were so many summer colors to choose from. I've been going to Amy for almost 10 years to get my nails done. She's always done a great job! I get gel with shellac, and sometimes if I need to stretch my services, I can go as long as 3 weeks with no breaks or chips, quality work, that she takes pride in!
