5/5 I cannot say enough good things about this nail salon! I've been a client for about a year, and from the moment I walked in, I was immediately impressed by how spotlessly clean everything was. The tools were sanitized in front of me, the chairs and stations were immaculate, and there was a calming, fresh scent throughout the space--definitely not your average nail salon! The hospitality was next-level. I was greeted with a warm smile, offered a drink, and made to feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. Every technician I interacted with was kind, patient, and clearly passionate about their craft. Now let's talk about the nails. I come in with a few ideas for some delicate nail art and they brought it to life better. The attention to detail was incredible, and the colors were vibrant and exactly what I wanted. I usually book with Mai, she is so talented, and a perfectionist so the nails come out amazing every time. I have worked with Andy and Lisa occasional as well and they all do a great job. The dipping powder manicure usually lasts 2.5-3 weeks before its time for something new because of grow out. NEVER AGAIN! I have been coming here for years but they haven recently gotten new owners and staff. I called and made an appt with a specific person and when I walk in they told me she doesn't work today. walking out of there today 3 of my fingers are bleeding. I did pay them, but price was outrageous 59 dollars for a fill acrylic, they just did not get a tip. I also always make my appt for 10 am and they have never been there on time today they shouted up 10:15. And entire time I was in there I was shivering, just over terrible experience today. Just a follow up since I found the pictures of my nails what I requested versus what I got just so you guys have a visual of their very poor quality I have since unfound a nail salon that was able to give me the exact nails that I wanted for a much better rate, and they lasted a hell of a lot longer she is located right off of telegraph and 59 in the plaza right next to the mobile. I have never had a better pedicure in my life. The attention to detail is incredible by Kim Lee. I have never had a "regular" where I wanted to make an appointment. For 30 years I have "walked in" and taken the first available. I actually asked for a card today because from here on out I will ask for Kim Lee. Absolutely amazing! read more

New owners and they're rude. There wasn't a fee list and when I went to pay the new owner told me $82 for a basic manicure and pedicure.I told him I didn't get shellac or anything. He then changed my total to $72. It used to cost $50 for a manicure/pedicure. i think he assumed I had a shellac pedicure. I'll never return. read more

This is hands down my favorite nail place. Their attention to detail is AMAZING and my gel never peels!! My last gel nails lasted for 4 WEEKS before they started peeling. They are also so kind and so funny. I love this place !!! read more

I was going to leave a review the day that I got them done but decided to wait and I'm glad I did. The guy that did my nails did a great job they looked great The shaping could've been a little bit sharper and the acrylic was laid super thick but that was a big deal to me. after four days I've had three nails fall off and he told me during him doing them that if any of them broke that they could fix them free of charge. I went back in and he fixed them but the day after the same one he fixed fell off. I really wanted to love this place because it was the first place that I want said they didn't look bad but I paid $50 for a full set just for them to fall off even after they were fixed. I think the reason may be because he didn't use a dehydrator from what I seen. I was going to ask if they soak the last few off and give me a new set since I don't feel what I got was worth $50 but I have not yet. I have always gone hear to get my shellac. Not the best but good price and fun personality. Till this time, got a shellac Saturday afternoon Monday morning one nail pealed half off. Ok things happen, when I went in to have it fixed they said I could wait 1 1/2 hr or come back the next day. When I said I work till 9 I was just laughed at and the guy shrugged his shoulders. I only went to this nail salon because i was in the area. I was in a rush so thankfully the lady doing my nails did them super fast. The process was rushed but I didn't mind since I had other things to do. The only thing I'd say that annoyed me is that she forgot to paint the tips of my nails and they look kinda awkward. And I think mostly all salons do this but it's annoying when they charge you for taking off gel from acrylics when it's like a 2 minute thing to do. The sketchy thing was, since I was their last customer my nail tech left before I even dried my nails and mostly everyone that worked there other then 2 people left without cleaning or sanitizing any equipment or putting any nail polish back. My nails dried surprisingly fast and I left and the remaining 2 employees left 30 seconds after I did. Over all it was a fine experience, I wouldn't go back there since there wasn't much regular polish selection and I'm sketched out by their sanitation. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for a few years. They never hurt me like other places when removing acrylics. Steve and Julie are great and are the only two I have seen for my nails. They just upgraded their pedicure stations and painted. It looks really nice and I love the owners. read more

If it were an option to not put any stars, I would choose that one without a doubt!!! I just had my last worst experience with these untrained people on Friday, August 25,2018!!! The worst customer service ever!!! I always got Shellac and I guess depending on who you get as the technician will make all the difference in the world in this place. I think if you're paying for a luxury, because getting your nails done is not a priority, lets just make that point clear in our economical times, you should be receiving top quality! Well, don't expect to get it here. Anyway, I got shellac done, like always and the technician took forever and a day, you could sense that he was highly untrained and didn't have a clue! When he was done, he had all kinds of shellac all over my finger tips and was going to just leave it there until I brought it to his attention! Then the owner, I guess was trying to get me to just shut up and take it so that the other customers didn't hear me complaining. I didn't care who heard, they needed to hear what was going on and why I was so upset. He actually argued with me about the sloppy job his co-worker just performed on my nails. There was no compensation at all, no apology, no nothing! Then they proceeded to speak a different language God only knows what they were saying. It was an absolutely horrible experience! Why would anyone accept this type of behavior just to get their nails done? Its not worth your money and the service stinks!!! People, please stop patronizing these horrible people, they have absolutely no respect for their customers! Remember, it's you who are keeping their business thriving, so no more complaining, simply go some place else! read more

Totally dis-satisfied in over ALL experiences. I went to I.N. on Aug 26th 2017 & got a full set of Pink & White. Two weeks later I went in for a fill & had to have one nail replaced. Two more weeks I made an appointment on Sept 16th 2017 & asked for a pink AND white fill & 4 to be replaced because they snapped off. I got there & Steve put on the 4 nails & started to fill them with dark pink. I said I didn't like the dark pink he was using. He got irritated & said it would have to do because it would take too much time to do them over again & in the lighter pink powder, & that he had a customer who had been waiting for him for an hour. He tried to see if I would let her go first & I apologized & said I made an appointment for a reason because I had other things to do. So he fills the 4 he replaced & said I would have to come back next week to get the others filled to get them all to match. I said I made the appointment to get a pink AND white fill AND replacements, & now your telling me you don't have time? He said yes & to come back next week & he wouldn't charge me. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The pics of my nails are the pink & white ones that I ended up with that day...NO White fill but only on the replacements, NO pink fill but only on the replacements & with dark pink at that. I will NEVER go back to this salon & I will tell EVERYONE I know to not go there. They always are in a hurry or too slow & do NOT have good business etiquette......HORRIBLE service all the way around. read more

I had had bad experiences at Sky Nails, who tore up my nail beds and painted with the skill of a 10 year old. So, coming here and getting GREAT SERVICE for the SAME PRICE made my day! I used to go to this nail salon faithfully for shellac French manicure with acrylic - every two to three weeks. It wasn't much to look at inside but they were efficient, friendly, and did a quality job. There came a point where I was away on travel for a couple months and had not been in. My most recent visit was my first time back and I never plan to return. The place was empty of customers and before long I understood why. It was dirty and messy inside. There were two men and one female working, the younger one had always been there as long as I had been going. Everyone else was completely new. I was told Simon and his wife don't come in for work anymore and that this was the new team. It was a terrible experience. The newer guy genuinely did not know what he was doing and he outwardly complained about how long it would take for my nails to soak to remove the acrylic underneath. He quickly cut each nail and was very haphazard. He then proceeded to use an instrument to dig under the acrylic to remove so he would not have to wait. After two nails I told him to stop as it was digging grooves into my nails and was hurting me. At that point he had the younger male take over who had always been kind in prior visits. I was disappointed to find he went very fast, was sloppy, and was looking at his cell phone and the tv the whole time. All my nails were different lengths. He could tell I was upset but made no apologies. I will never go back and have thankfully found a wonderful salon since.
