I was told bringing my check stub to show hours work & bringing an offer letter wouldnt matter. The only thing that would help me is manager discretion on how much funds can be released. The manager tried doing me a solid so I could make payments not to get hit with late payments marks and late fees. The manager was able to release a 1/6th of my check to make payments on that Friday . Once the funds were released i was asked for a positive google review. I tired to make payments but my cards are now frozen and i cant make any transactions out of my account stating my bank declined the transactions. I call the bank the bank tells me to call 3rd party fraud. The system is automated and says my accounts are usable and states any complications to call financial institution, so i call again and the bank is saying my cards are good to go and its the 3rd party fraud vendor id have to talk to. I get provided another number and its the same script, cards are good and to contact the financial institution. Im thinking maybe its the card so i call to ask if i can get a new card but i have to pay a fee for a new card. Ive had this account for a long time. Very frustrating to be told i cant have access to money i worked for and only have crumbs on manager discretion. I was told to avoid this in the future is to physically bring in the check to one of there 4 locations in San Antonio or to cash it out at the employers bank which was WellsFargo and pay the fee and bring the money to their bank.
