They offer sugar cookies and coffee/tea upon check in even when it super late at night. They offer breakfast from 6am-11am which is an abundant of time to ensure you try out their biscuits and gravy. The orange juice wasn't even watered down and taste just like the ones you buy from the store. I also liked how the staff offered me a water and snack when I checked in due to my status with Hilton. Overall, I felt like this is the best hotel and I 100% recommend it.

I had to use the ice bucket to refill the tank every time anyone used the bathroom. There what look like transients sitting around the property? The bathroom's celing had mold and water stains,the bathroom vanity was seperated from the wall and was held by 2 wood pieces screwed to the wall.We stayed cause they allow pets and the money was non-refundable since we paid online thru a booking agency. I will never book a room without checking the room first nor will I use a booking agency. What can be improved is customer service and the rooms should be more presentable for the fee they charge for one night.They charge as a 4 star room but in reality they are a 1 star.

THE BAD REVIEW So apparently the weekend that all hands on deck that there was one housekeeper. As I said my daughter had been sick. Upchucked in sheets, pillows, everything overnight. When we left I asked the manager on duty that we needed housekeeping service in our room. He told me that I can bring all of the towels and sheets down to the front desk and they will give me clean sheets. I told him that we were going out that we can do it when we got back. We got back at around 10pm and was told that the housekeeper quit. Although I know all about being short staffed, it is unacceptable to have to bring laundry down and bring it up. I am in the food and beverage industry and has been short staffed since COVID. To make sure that all hands on deck and roll up your own sleeves to get the job done. Their floors were filthy and the attitudes were obviously frustrating. We were pretty loyal customers to this location but NEVER again.

We checked out 8-9 am on the 15. The owner told me I'd have to contact Expedia for my refund for the two night on each room. So I did and got an email that it was denied. That's a real crappy move when they know we weren't there. But I'll keep fighting until I get that money back. Also this is a nasty place towels stained rooms old and bathrooms we're tore up. My brothers had to change rooms twice. First one was moldy and ac didn't work second room the windows didn't lock. I wouldn't suggest this to my worst enemy.
