As my husband's review stated, we canceled an upcoming reservation mostly based on the fact that we felt uncomfortable leaving our dog there. Our dog has been to four other facilities in Atlanta with no issues or problems. We move down here and all of a sudden our dog has issues that "professionals" can't handle without our help. Understood. We were verbally instructed to provide PRESCRIBED calming chews for our dog's anxiety when he is put in the kennel. Got it. I asked if OTC calming chews can be tried first & if they will suffice for the first weekend as it would take some time to get the prescribed calming chews and our dog doesn't usually need these. They agreed to try the OTC chews & I was told to label the bags (that includes his food). Now... before having unpacked our dog's bag and knowing what we know now... they told my husband upon pick up that they recommend our dog going there for one hour a day for a few days to ease his anxiety because he had a hard time at night and that he can come for daycare (without the calming treats). I agreed... great idea! So I call them myself so I can make a reservation to do so the next day. What do I get told? That he cannot come back without the PRESCRIBED calming chews. At this point we just said forget it, we'll cancel our dog going there at all because we're bothered about them telling us two different things. I call to cancel, a man answered and asked the reason -which I shared- & he responded with 'I will let my manager know so all that needs to be done to process your refund will be done.' Now, after coming back home and unpacking the bag we sent our dog to this place with, we see two bags of food left over & both bags of calming treats full and untouched. Naturally, we're upset by this. Why? 1. There was zero communication upon pick up of whether our dog finished all the food or not. 2. We were told that the calming treats did not work AT ALL. I didn't receive an email confirmation that my reservation was canceled so I wanted to be SURE that it was being processed. That being said, I tried to call twice. No answer. My husband calls, leaves a voicemail because of course it was after business hours so no one answered. At this point, my husband is fuming. He decided to write his Google review as he is well within his rights to do so. What do you know... after 30 minutes of the review being posted we get a call back. My husband asks clarifying questions about what we're upset about: the extra food & the calming chews. What were we met with? Rudeness. Now, this is where I won't leave this be because I'm baffled at how the owner (male) spoke to us. I'm glad there is footage of them attempting to feed our dog... wonderful. Reason 1, debunked. Reason 2?! The calming treats?! The man said he didn't try to give them any other time because it was not on the profile - that's an item they should've updated on their end since it was THEIR ask for us to provide them. Instead, the dude complained about our dog keeping him up for 8 hours... which they charged us a surprise fee for him having to "calm" our dog down after said 8 hours :| when there were treats provided for that very reason that they asked for............ This man said that clearly I'm only upset for not getting my way... I'm absolutely unsure what my way is that I didn't get(?) but go off lol. He also said "why doesn't your dog just go to one of four facilities then"... whew. When I said I can appreciate him defending himself and that's no longer a concern, that I would just like to confirm the cancellation of the reservation and the refund is being processed - the OWNER of this place said to me that he won't tell us that information until we delete our Google review. LOL! Trying to bully my husband and/or me into deleting a review of our experience is crazy work. 10/10 don't recommend... don't be fooled by how cute their facility is. Such a shame.

Friendly, caring, involved pet care resort to take your baby! There is no doubt that the owners are resolved to run the very best boarding and daycare dog center that they can. The only reason I rate less than 5 stars is because once I found a cat that my neighbors abandoned (didn't realize until they cat showed up on my doorstep starving). I tried to find the guy a home, but I couldn't get anyone to take him. My dogs are not cat-friendly, so I couldn't keep him locked up in a bathroom forever. I took him to the Humane Society, and they were initially nice, but they quickly tried to "vet" me to see if I was just dropping off my own cat. It was very accusatory. However, they still took the cat. Of note, this IS a kill shelter.

These two amazing sisters came to me in their ginormous pet grooming vehicle and took great care of…read moremy beautiful dogs. I have six dogs, two are rescues and were not planned, and I LOVE each one of them dearly. I'd rescue more if I had the land and money. At any rate, the ability to have one dog at a time go out to the vehicle, parked in my driveway, until they are done is so comforting. I've had great experiences with previous groomers but I always worry about them when they are away.....this caused much less anxiety. This is my first time with Tasha and Tammy (spelling) but it will not be the last!! Their price was reasonable and my dogs look gorgeous, they smell good and they feel good! These Standard Poodles love their summer cut! Thank you so much TLC! I nearly cried each time one came out clean as a whistle!!! (The photos are of my three oldest dogs......I'll have to capture the babies when they come out. I just couldn't wait to spread the word. These women are amazing!!!!)

She interacted with her daily, sent me daily reports, texted me photos, etc. Paula is also extremely knowledgeable about birds and also gave me helpful suggestions and additional tips in regards to her care. She gave Kolohe new treats, even got a radio, set it by the cage, and turned it on during the day so that Kolohe could listen to it. She also took in the mail, made daily checks on the faucets in the house, all-in-all made sure everything was fine with the house. Paula even offered to pick me up at the airport free of charge. She is professional and extremely knowledgeable about animals, and I can't say enough good things about her. It is the little things she does when taking care of my bird that go a long way in influencing my decision to immediately hire her the next time. Hire her!!!
