He saw our toddler as a fellow pup, and before his camp at Unleash Fido we were dealing with constant nipping, tearing clothes, chasing, jumping, chewing, difficulty house training, and general lawlessness. Then he went to Puppy Camp at Unleash Fido and worked with Brittni. He came home a truly different and wonderful dog. he was in control of his body and his actions. He obeyed commands and was house trained. Best of all, though, we saw his true personality emerge from underneath the chaos - we got to make friends with the sweet, personable, loyal dog he is. We are grateful for Brittni and Unleash Fido for giving us the dog we always wanted. Teddy is much happier now, and so are we.

Beau is a 6-year-old husky. He is incredibly smart, incredibly stubborn but also more on the…read morenervous/cautious side. I jokingly compare him to a cat. He's has never been one to be overtly affectionate. It's Beau's world and my husband and I are just living in it. My husband and I discussed many different routes and decided that with Beau's age, breed, and our schedules it would be best if we sent him to someone who would be able to give him the focus and attention, he needed to kick start in his training. Recall was really our number one goal for him. Spending 45 minutes on any given day to try and coax him back into the house, as you can imagine, gets old quick. If he doesn't wanna, he's not gonna. Enter Lynsey. Her love for dogs is obvious, just like her skills in training. Since Day 1, well before his stay, she was there providing guidance on how we could be better leaders/parents for our Fur Baby and this new lifestyle. Fun Fact: you CAN teach an old dog new tricks! It's been a week since we got our sweet boy back and we couldn't be happier! Beau is thriving with the new structure and overall seems to be a happier dog. He even seeks out love and cuddles from us now! We know that Beaus training isn't over. This is something that we will have to work on with him to make sure he's held accountable for his actions but it's nice to know that Lynsey will be there to help us/him along when/if we need her. The training she received is second to none. She was a bit of a wild child. That is not something I would want in a trainer. I would actually want someone to take the time and to work with my dog on their individual needs and not just think of it as a whole. Not every dog is the same. Not every dog learns the same. It's unacceptable to put the​ dog through what she did just to get it out of its crate. And if your facility is not able to allow a dog to decompress in its crate right after being picked up, then you need to reevaluate your space. There's never a situation that you should be dumping a dog that is already fearful of its surroundings.

I've had animals my entire life, but they've always been rescues that had already made it past…read morepotty training and simple commands. When I first got my precious Pomeranian puppy, I thought I could train him myself... I was wrong! He was adorable but incorrigible. I interviewed several trainers and they were all nice, but I immediately felt a connection to Ms. Eva (the owner of Wigglebutts) and knew that she would treat my little baby as if he was her own. We arranged for a "board and train" for a few weeks while I was out of town. Me. Eva made sure I came out for a visit with my doggy on another day before I left him with her so we all knew each other and he wouldn't get scared being left at a strange place with a strange person. I missed him so much and I really appreciated that Ms. Eva took frequent videos and pictures of him and texted me updates and even patiently took all of my calls so I never worried! She did an AMAZING job! She has a little "school house" on her property where she individually takes your pet to work with them which I think is a genius idea. He learned several commands including sit, stay, quiet, fetch, and conquered his potty training. All with loving guidance only! I left with instructions on how to keep training, a video of his best tricks and we had a little graduation.
