I had met Mark previously as we attended the same church in Laconia until the church moved out of the area. I knew he had a roofing business but did not know the business name. Later I heard an ad on the radio for Amen roofing and contacted him not knowing that we knew each other. We discussed the fact that I had most of the shingles and other supplies on hand here already, since years ago I had purchased them with a discount but had never gotten around to installing. We negotiated a price, and he also understood that I needed to do foundation repairs on my porch prior to starting the roof. I finished most of my end of the work and his crew helped with a small amount of work on that porch in preparation for the roof. Tommy and the crew did a great job and worked with me well considering that it was probably unconventional to have someone working on the porch foundation during the roofing project. A minor last-minute change came up, (switched to rolled roofing for the porch since it was such a low angle) and they were ready to accept those changes. Wow! I get to review my own company. Affordable Price's below average. Same installations using some of the same crews as other companies in the lakes region I would say shows up on time. No long waiting for installs 2-3 weeks out for shingles 3-4 weeks out for metal installs. Most Repairs with in 7-10 days or sooner. I have been to two roof conventions Metal Con I have been to Decra Metal shingles on the west coast. I have been to Ideal roofing for Wakefield Bridge Metal shingles in Ottawa Canada. I have been to Atlas shingles and BP in Lasell Canada GAF in Stoughton Mass Duralast pvc roofing class and several other roof training classes for proper tranning and correct install warranty and better knowledge of my products and installs. read more
