I decided that I wanted to live in something that was new and never lived in before but I didn't want to deplete my savings or give up my visions of what I wanted in a home. I found what I wanted at Camelot. The sales people were awesome and let me look at all of my options then explained what I could get and what came with the home I chose. The prices were within my budget and I was even able to get more cabinet and closet space for less money than what I would have paid for an already built home. I would definitely recommend them.

In August, we signed a contract and I put down 50% to begin work. He came in and ripped out my old bathroom down to the studs and then just stopped showing up for days or even weeks at a time. Every week he made promises about returning to work, every week he failed to show, giving me lie after lie after lie, until after 2 months had passed with no bathroom, he told me that he would not do any more work until I gave him more money. When I said no, he refused to come back and stopped talking to me - leaving this space in my bedroom that not only had no floor (or door to close it off) so was incredibly dangerous, it was filled with construction debris, including food wrappers (think: bugs!) and nails sticking out of boards. At this point, his assistant called and offered to get someone to come out to install the floor and tile what was to be the shower if I agreed to pay the next 25% in return and, I was assured, in writing, they would then be out the next week to complete the bathroom. They sent a sub to do the tile and floor that weekend, so I held my side of the agreement and gave them the next check, which they immediately cashed and then never returned again (except 1 morning, a month later, when they sent 3 guys to sit in my driveway for 20 minutes and refuse to come in, at which point I seriously feared for my safety). The next day (this was now in December - nearly 4 months after ripping out my bathroom) they sent me a letter stating that they would no longer work for me. I asked for my money back and they sent me a 2nd letter saying they would not return any of my money to me. ps - the name of his carpenter is Ray.

Prime Design completed an extensive remodel of our home, and what made this project especially…read moreunique was that much of the planning took place while we were living in one state, and the contractor was located in another. Under those circumstances, clear and consistent communication was absolutely critical. Several aspects of our experience stood out. First and foremost, the quality of the work was exceptional. The finished product is beautiful, and the attention to detail is evident throughout the entire house. Second, during the planning phase, Prime Design provided a comprehensive list of decisions we needed to make--from flooring and countertops to every light fixture and faucet. This created a clear roadmap for the project, helped us select items that complemented one another, and documented every choice along the way. As a result, there were no surprises when the project was completed. Finally, because we were still living out of state during much of the construction, regular communication was essential. We received frequent progress updates and photos, which allowed us to monitor the work, confirm that everything met our expectations, and feel confident that the project was moving in the right direction. We are extremely happy with both the process and the finished result. We recommend them to anyone considering a remodeling project.

Hello, I am writing…read morethis message to share my wonderful experience with a recent service performed at my home. I had an excellent experience with GAP Mountain Drilling, LLC, a small, family-owned company founded by Garth Dubois and headquartered in Franklin, New Hampshire. They came highly recommended by a trusted family friend, Andy Davis, and I am truly grateful for that recommendation. I first contacted GAP Mountain Drilling at 8:30 a.m. and left a message. To my surprise, I received a call back within just 10 minutes, at 8:40 a.m., from Ms. Yasmine, who handles and filters all new potential jobs. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. She listened carefully to my situation, responded promptly, and immediately made me feel confident that I was in good hands. Within just a few hours of that initial call, Ms. Yasmine provided clear and detailed information that allowed us to move forward with repairing my well pump. She was completely transparent and honest about the costs and walked me through the entire job process step by step, which I truly appreciated. Once we agreed to proceed, she followed up promptly with confirmed ETA arrival times for the technicians, keeping communication clear and consistent throughout. The technicians David (Senior) and his son Zak (Junior) arrived right on time. This father-and-son team immediately assessed the situation, quickly troubleshooting and confirming that my well pump needed to be replaced. Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They put me at ease right away and assured me that everything would be taken care of. In just two and a half hours, they successfully replaced my well pump. Their efficiency, expertise, and teamwork were truly impressive. They provided exceptional value for the level of service delivered, treated my property with great respect, and left the work area clean, organized, and spotless once the job was complete. If I had to rate GAP Mountain Drilling, LLC from start to finish on a scale of 1 to 5, I would confidently give them a 5+. From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, this was truly one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Their professionalism, honesty, responsiveness, and quality of workmanship reflect the old-fashioned way of doing business where customer care and doing the job right truly matter. I highly recommend GAP Mountain Drilling to all New Hampshire Seacoast families. When it comes to wells, pumps, or geothermal systems, they are without question the clear and trusted choice.

I received a phone call back within a half hour and was told that a tech would be at my house within 2 hours. A little more than 4 hours after my initial call, I had water in my house. The people on the crew that came to my house were kind and professional. They explained the well pump problem, what the solution would be and then how I should proceed after they completed their work. I would definitely call this company again for service and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.
