Unbelievable customer service and attention to detail at every stage. We have two dogs and a baby, and we're selling our house. I got a reasonable quote within hours and scheduled a deep clean the next morning. M&S set great expectations and even sent me their checklist. They arrived on time, and did absolutely everything agreed upon -- the upstairs carpets were thoroughly cleaned, and they wiped down every baseboard, every door, every shutter, and every photo in the house. I plan to use Mary & Sol at least once a year from now on. Absolutely incredible women and an unbelievable job done. Would 100% recommend.

I subcontracted out a cleaning job that I was capable of doing myself, seeing that I own a carpet cleaning service in Dallas. I decided to pick someone in that area to have my business. Wow that was a mistake. He not only didn't show up at the appointment hour. Wasting the customers time Mr. Smith wanted me to pay him upfront before ever going to the job site. I called Mr. Smith we agreed I would pay him as soon as he confirmed he was there at the customers home. Mr. Smith confirmed on the phone that was fair he would take the work. I see why he wanted to be paid upfront Mr. Smith never planned on going out. Beware is all I have to say scammer on the prowl.
