She also made sure to check in with me during and after the cleaning. Tammy is who did our cleaning, and she went above and beyond my expectations! She was extremely hard working and also very fun and pleasant to have. We were changing our door locks while she was cleaning, and even though she had already completely cleaned the floors in the room we were drilling and making a new mess (boo us), she came back and cleaned up after us! The previous owners left behind a distinct pet smell, and that is well gone. They also left behind a lot of junk items in the closets and cabinets. She made sure to ask in each room what was ours or if there was anything we wanted to keep and actually cleared out everything for us! I definitely recommend and will be using them again!

Ella and Shante assured me they would send a crew that would do the job for $700 (no carpet or outside windows) before the Realtor's Open House. Instead, 2 nice people, Frank and Sonya, showed up at 11AM. They seemed to work hard but it was an impossible assignment. Then the texts and calls started: the house had too many windows ($15 for cleaning each one, inside only, see picture below), 2 ovens, and the garage is too big. This goes with big houses. Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days. Sharing an after picture of the shower floor ( it's a rented house, and these are stains that don't come off, which they decided not to check first but just charge more and leave as is). Wow that was a mistake. He not only didn't show up at the appointment hour. Wasting the customers time Mr. Smith wanted me to pay him upfront before ever going to the job site. I called Mr. Smith we agreed I would pay him as soon as he confirmed he was there at the customers home. Mr. Smith confirmed on the phone that was fair he would take the work.
