I will start with the destination, this being the Tri-Cities Airport. This airport is a kind of quad-state airport as it serves Tennessee obviously being in Tennessee, but it's also close to the state borders of Virginia, North Carolina, and Kentucky. Kind of like how my current home airport serves both Connecticut and Massachusetts. It's also a very small airport. My dad seems to like it and so I imagine I will see this airport again, but whether or not I agree with him still has yet to be determined. This airport has just one terminal with 7 gates. Of those 7, maybe like 4 get used. The planes they had me get in were way too small for my height as I am over 6-feet tall. It makes flight super hard to sit through if I happen to have a pinched nerve on my shoulder that day. Really, those are my big knocks on this airport. I do have plenty positives to say about this though. The airport staff is friendly. Even TSA don't seem like heartless evil jerks. Also, because it's so small, TSA is actually a breeze to get through here and you can navigate this place really easily because of how straightforward it is. The interior looks nice as it looks like it had been redone in recent years. It's also not a crowded place which is good. Baggage claim isn't too bad, but because of how small the airport is, you kind of have to guess where your luggage is coming from. Also, for a small airport, parking can get really overcrowded at times, but any least the parking staff was nice. Bathrooms were okay too. At the end of the day, I think a 3 is the right rating. Does enough to function, but it's not built for the bigger planes that I would need.

Jeremy picked us up after we dropped our car off. He was a little late, but not to bad, he was a nice man, and cordial. Noone even showed up to pick us up at our hotel to take us to the airport. After not showing for 20 min after our confirmed time. I had no way to get in touch with them even though I tried hard to. I had to call another taxi service. Fortunately, they could pick us up. The new Taxi service showed up to pick us up, at the same time we were supposed to be arriving at the airport. We very barely made our flight. Haven't even recieved a text or any communication from them.

Honestly I have heard horror stories in the past however I had a seamless experience with Dollar. They even upgraded me from the super basic car I rented for a few days to visit my parents and I didn't need anything fancy due to the nature of the trip however check out the car they hooked me up with (photo attached). I have since used dollar again in Fort Myers, FL and can say I had yet another great experience and cheapest price around, however no upgrade this time. Still no complaints!
