    FAIL...I was here to pick up family...their flight landed at 1 pm...97 minutes later the luggage finally made it to the carousel...FAIL

I get to the Shereveport airport there is no one at the desk. Then TSA was holding everyone's bags (five bags ) ahead of me. I explained to the TSA agent I had a disability and requested chair service on my ticket. She saw my placard in my bag. She went through each item in my bag. I arrived to the gate to watch the plane push back from the gate. I asked the gate attendant when was the next flight she said Friday. Today is Monday. Someone from the flight crew said well you should've been here 45 minutes ago and started laughing and so did the rest of the people at the gate that work for Allegiant. I said I didn't find it. Funny I had a disability. I explained that to them and I got there as soon as I could. Then someone said, "Well, we didn't see anybody left." Well, that's because I was having a problem checking in. It's not funny to laugh at people. Nobody knows what I went through to get to the airport in the first place. But I was able to finally get a flight out on United for $538. I think my concern is the customer service. I feel like the TSA worker is the one that really caused the main issue. And people were saying they were getting the shake down at TSA. I agree with that terminology.

He went to the correct the error with the Allegiant desk and they were unwilling to help him because they had both "just logged off." Wow... I would never do that to someone.... Make them miss their flight due to a simple error because I had logged off. Thanks for going above and beyond Allegiant.

My first experience with Gigi was a trip to Buenos Aires. My friend from India was having problems boarding. Desperate, I called Gigi for some direction on what could be done. Well, she never lifted a finger to help. Only because of the Event Planner I used in Buenos Aires, did things get straightened out. As if that wasn't enough, the next year, Rainbow totally ruined my vacation. I specifically requested a flight for my Indian friend that would avoid a transit stop that required a short stay visa....the Netherlands. But Gigi booked another flight that transited through Germany. On the day of the trip, my friend was not allowed to board because he did not have a transit visa. I tried for weeks to get a refund from Rainbow Travel but never got any money back. Be wary of this Agent. She's friendly when selling you the vacation, but when you need customer service, she abandons you.

All plans had to be shuffled on a pretty much daily basis and she took care of everything, everytime. I even brought my son abroad unplanned because I needed help with baggage etc. Again, Gigi had him in the air heading to my rescue within about 8 hours. For me, Gigi is the Mary Poppins of travel.     Is there a box for ZERO stars?…read more Okay so VIP gets one star this morning. Yes the cab was on time, yes we arrived alive. I do appreciate these two events. While trying to get three bags out of the house and my 88 year old mother, not one but two people sat in the cab and waited for me to stumble to the back of the car by the trunk. The man sitting in the passenger seat got out and informed me there was no trunk. Upon further inspection, yes, that trunk was fully taped shut. Clear packing tape. I real nice job too. So he took the big bag on his lap and we piled into the back seat with two other bags and our two carry on bags. Just fantastic. The driver drove like a bat outta hell and because it was cold outside ( and we had jackets on) the interior cabin was cooking with heat. No 'good morning' No is the temperature okay, sorry about the trunk......just blinding speed all the way to the airport. Call someone else .
