I cannot say enough good things about American Arbor (hence dusting off my Yelp account to spread the word!) When we pulled into our driveway the day before yesterday, my stomach sank at the sight of a large uprooted tree that was threatening to block the only access to our house via car. Its angle made it too risky for my husband to take down himself so we knew we'd need professional help. Enter the stomach-sinking. Last year we had a really hard time finding a service and when we did the experience was horrible (as evidenced by pieces we still have on the property). American Arbor, from the first interaction with Amy, was such a breath of fresh air. She kindly collected my information and within a couple of hours Matthew came out to take a look and I had an estimate in my inbox. By the end of the afternoon, their team had not only done that work efficiently, thoroughly and professionally, but also additional work that we had been putting off because of the tricky position of the tree.
