Booko Brothers responded as soon as the tree was removed to secure the roof, finishing just ahead of the next torrential rain, which would have likely destroyed our home. They were instrumental, over a 3 month period, in facilitating a reasonable insurance settlement for us. They were powerful and productive advocates for us with our insurance company. The work they have done for us in restoring the structural integrity of our 100+ yr old home and rebuilding the interiors has been exceptional. They are dedicated and brilliant problems solvers! Old homes are quirky and always difficult to renovate - nothing is level; nothing is plumb. But when severely damaged, they can feel impossible! Their team has approached each problem with what can only be described as a real zeal for finding clever solutions to weird problems. It's not just their attention to detail that is noteworthy, but also their attention to the things WE care about. This was not just a rental property to us, it had been our family home and held much memory for us. We have many trees so always lots of branches and twigs in the yard. Sometimes i forget to pick up the hoses before they come and they take care of that. The "lawn gets mowed bi-weekly and they cut around all the new plantings nicely. I'm had some edging done. The moles took care of that quite easily!! Lol. I highly recommend this family-run business for any concrete work you might need. We have a very…read morelong driveway that had some sections needing repair after years and heavy equipment on it, also a corner of driveway right along the house had settled and when it rained water would flow in along the foundation. After removing the damaged sections it turns out a drainage pipe had been crushed under the driveway and water had eroded beneath the garage requiring more extensive work and repair. They were fantastic, very flexible with their original estimate and helped us decide on adjusting the scope of the job to accommodate the additional work needed. Their pricing is extremely fair and reasonable also. They did a beautiful job, the concrete pour was great and they graded everything so that water now drains beautifully where we want it to go and away from the foundation. The entire crew was extremely friendly and conscientious, and they took great care to cover surrounding walls, foundation, etc with plastic so nothing got spattered during the pour. They also cleaned up everything beautifully afterwards, right down to replacing sod along the driveway and landscaping fabric and rocks in a garden area. They also did extensive concrete work for my in-laws who were equally pleased with their work. Highly recommend!
