I asked the technician if he can clean it with cable, he said yes, but he got greedy & requested jet, the insurance denied my claim. everyone looks for their best interest. Meanwhile, I'm the one who get screw every time, when my drain gets clogged. I'll not be renewing my policy with choice warranty it's full of Gimmicks and won't helps it's customers in emergency situations. neither the tech or this company. they confirmed multiple times they will do it with cable, but its to late the insurance doesn't allow them trying to pull a fast one. Now Ronny is crying out laud poverty $60 deductible, I was told in a recorded line that choice warranty will pay the copay, even though nothing got done, other than a denied claim, harassing call & messages from both greedy party crying out laud $60. meanwhile my drain remains clogged, & no one cares for solving the issue. Please have some integrity, and respect for veteran who service this country we deserved to be treated better. shame on your greed.

They even helped tremendously with the actual purchase of my home and the insurance process (insurers are doubling down on old roofs). Their crew was on time, incredibly hardworking (they worked approx 16 hours to get the job done in one day), and left my property clean and without nails, debris, etc. When stripping the old roof they found that I had 2 roofs so they got a 2nd dumpster -- but the price didn't change; nor did the timeline. They attached photos from a drone (for insurance, again, very helpful) and they followed up after the job to make sure it was up to par.
