They're all super professional and went above and beyond; from helping me carry in some boxes during a move, to cleaning my gutters while they were painting, to taking a look at what I thought was a roof leak situation, but that Tom identified as condensation from a humidifier, etc. I had a tight window of time between my tenants with small children moving out and my moving in with my own small children. Even though it was an exterior job, due to the age of the home and the likely presence of lead paint, it was recommended that the prep work be done without children in the house. Despite the unusual rainfall, Tom and his team managed to meet my deadline and took great care to use drop cloths, Hepa vacs, etc. to reduce any chance lead dust or chips were left behind.
