Shame of King Limo ! Went to the Trusit Golf Tournament yesterday with my wife. Being disabled and…read morehaving to use a Rollator we checked with the PGA about parking and handicap transportation. We go to the designated handicap parking and we're happy to see a handicap van waiting. The van was empty and just sitting there. I walked over with my Rollator to get on and the older white haired driver said he wouldn't take me unless I was in a wheelchair ! We tried to reason with him and show him I was truly disabled. He said for me to walk down to a coach bus 100 yards away ! I can't even get onto a regular bus. Luckily we found a parking attendant who went to him and told him to drive us to the course ! Needless to say we were upset. After 30 minutes he finally took us to the tournament. On the return we luckily found another King Limousine handicap van driver who was incredibly nice and helpful. We appreciated him. When we returned to the handicap lot the same older white haired driver was still sitting in his empty van doing nothing. Hopefully no one else has to be subjected to such miserable service.

On the return, though takeoff had been delayed, we arrived an hour earlier than scheduled. I was concerned because my physical condition had altered and waiting would be difficult. The driver had already checked the flight and changes. He made the necessary changes to be in time, handled the baggage and my anxiety. Though it was almost rush hour, he still provided that comfortable, smooth and confident drive. I am not usually comfortable with other peoples driving. Dispatcher called me back the afternoon of my parent's scheduled arrival with specific info on their driver - name, phone #, etc - in addition to trying to text it to them. (Nice try, my parents don't understand texting.) Their driver called moments after they stepped off the plane, and he was available curbside to them as soon as they'd collected their luggage. I'd warned them that there was quite a bit of luggage, so the driver had even brought an assistant to help him load up. Mom reported that the SUV they sent was clean and well cared for, and still had plenty of room for her, my dad, and their 8 suitcases. Driver was friendly and attentive. Mom could not have been more pleased. She even asked for his card! (Mom NEVER does this, because she finds fault with EVERYTHING.) I think it's safe to say we've found our new transportation service! Chester Co. Hospital called this company to provide a ride home for me yesterday. I waited at the…read moreproper meeting site, but the cab did not arrive at the specified time. I had to call someone else to pick me up. While waiting for the second company to pick me up, the Paoli cab arrived. It was an older car with a dent in the passenger side. It had no identifying sign on it. I told the driver I had had to call someone else, and he raised a fist and yelled that he thanked me for wasting his time. Even had he arrived on time, I would not have gotten into the damaged car.
