The limo was very large and made up of large cushions rather than specific seats, which was nice. Further, the walkway was very large as well and the food was high, so getting around was a breeze, especially compared to other party buses. The driver was professional throughout the time and arrived on time. The driver also got us to Lucky Strike very quickly. The bus also had some cool amenities including overhead party lights, a mini-refrigerator and a Bluetooth speaker. Many of the guests loved the speaker as they could connect music through their phones to the bus. Altogether, this is a great bus company with nice staff and amenities.

I wish there were a 10 star rating, because that is what I would give them. The Chevrolet Surburban was spotlessly clean and elegantly appointed. The ride was smooth and comfortable because of both the quality of the vehicle and the driver, Samir. The best part of this trip to Penn Medicine was Samir. Both my wife and myself cannot extend enough praise to do this man justice. He was prompt, professionally dressed, and personable. Most importantly, he was extremely attentive to our mobility issues. He provided patient and skilled assistance getting into and out of the vehicle. The step into a suburban is very high and I would not have been able to get in the vehicle without his kind assistance. To further praise his help, let me tell you what he did when he came to pick us up at the medical center. He parked on the street next to a generous curb so as to provide an additional step to allow greater ease on entering the vehicle. The dispatcher called me back immediately after I left a message with the company, and was friendly and helpful in coordinating travel details for an airport pickup for my parents, who are... not technology friendly. Dispatcher called me back the afternoon of my parent's scheduled arrival with specific info on their driver - name, phone #, etc - in addition to trying to text it to them. (Nice try, my parents don't understand texting.) Their driver called moments after they stepped off the plane, and he was available curbside to them as soon as they'd collected their luggage. I'd warned them that there was quite a bit of luggage, so the driver had even brought an assistant to help him load up. Mom reported that the SUV they sent was clean and well cared for, and still had plenty of room for her, my dad, and their 8 suitcases. Driver was friendly and attentive. Mom could not have been more pleased. She even asked for his card! (Mom NEVER does this, because she finds fault with EVERYTHING.) I think it's safe to say we've found our new transportation service! ETA - this company and 1 Luxury Limousine are the same company. (Reviews are pretty great on both.) Not sure why there are two profiles, but it seemed worth mentioning.

The ride was easy to book online but if you need to change the reservation, you have to call a number and it's a guy picking up who doesn't answer the phone with the name of the company or anything, and he's also very abrupt. The driver was 15 minutes late picking up my mom - no notification - which made her frantic with anxiety and I had to stop her from driving herself. Pluses were that he was apparently a good driver and they made it in time but still: unnecessary agita in terms of booking and the lack of communication about being delayed.

Extremely clean comfortable and a smooth ride! Pick ups for both going to the venue and going back to the hotel from the venue were on time and efficient. Geoffrey's communication was appreciated, along with his thoughtfulness and small attention to details, like keeping headcount and helping older guests off the bus, along with being open to waiting a few minutes while still being cognizant of the time schedule. Shame of King Limo ! Went to the Trusit Golf Tournament yesterday with my wife. Being disabled and…read morehaving to use a Rollator we checked with the PGA about parking and handicap transportation. We go to the designated handicap parking and we're happy to see a handicap van waiting. The van was empty and just sitting there. I walked over with my Rollator to get on and the older white haired driver said he wouldn't take me unless I was in a wheelchair ! We tried to reason with him and show him I was truly disabled. He said for me to walk down to a coach bus 100 yards away ! I can't even get onto a regular bus. Luckily we found a parking attendant who went to him and told him to drive us to the course ! Needless to say we were upset. After 30 minutes he finally took us to the tournament. On the return we luckily found another King Limousine handicap van driver who was incredibly nice and helpful. We appreciated him. When we returned to the handicap lot the same older white haired driver was still sitting in his empty van doing nothing. Hopefully no one else has to be subjected to such miserable service.
