I wish I had known about them from the very beginning and it would've saved me thousands of dollars with having to keep filing extensions with the courts, etc. They do not give you a time limit on serving someone they will literally wait all day, but they also did not try and milk the situation for more money like they easily could have and like other companies had done to me.
