Very unprofessional. Don't use!!! We hired ACS to clean our entire camper including carpets and upholstery. We expressed exactly what we wanted done and what was needed. He said he could get the cleaning portion done in 8 hours. Well that's exactly what he did he cleaned for 8 hours and then just stopped cleaning. Our camper was not finished! The cleaning he did do was sub standard, he didn't get into corners or open drawers to clean. This was a pricey and awful experience. Who does that as a contractor? When you say you can clean it in 8 hours you finish the whole thing. read more

I spoke with the owner Jim on the phone about a quote for cleaning the carpet in my daughter's apartment. Needed it cleaned on a rush basis as a new tenant was moving in. He indicated he could do it at 10:30am the next day and gave me a quote of $107 and said he would call me the next day when he got to the apartment to let me know if it would be more. The next morning, I texted him with the code to get in and he let me know he was running late and wouldn't be there until noon now. The next contact I received from him was after he had finished cleaning the carpet to give me the final price of $351, TRIPLE THE QUOTE I received. This is very bad business!! He indicated he did not have cell reception and that's why he didn't contact me. I've never had issues not being able to make a phone call from my daughter's apartment.
