Bob answered his phone right away, and drive 20 minutes to our house to solve the problem. Roots from the neighbor's Maple tree had grown into our clay tile drain to the city sewer line. He put the camera down the line to show us the issue, cleaned the drain, and left us with a chemical treatment to help prevent future issues. I feel the price was right for the work done. He did exactly what was asked and even swapped out an extension cord I had elsewhere which was a bit too short for the job.
