I came here to pick up some essentials. The store was spacious and bright. Most of the stuff looked organized but the underwear drawers were a hot mess. It was impossible to find my size because everything was jumbled about. Luckily, the sales rep who helped me was very nice and helpful. She was very sweet and helpful. I had a pleasant experience and would return back but I do wish they would carry more options and the drawers were better organized. read more

This particular location is pretty small compared to the ones in the city. The staff are 50/50. The guy on the register was pretty nice, but 2 girls on the floor were kind of lazy. One of them had a fitting room key and there was a line, which she saw, but chose to flirt with some guy instead until one of the customers came up to her and asked her angrily to open up the fitting room. Another SA kept giving me the wrong items. The sale rack is OK. I found a top that was on sale, and the price was even lower than at their on-line store sale section. Although I didn't see any jeans or sweaters on sale there. I still find it better than A&F stores. read more

My favorite place for jeans!!! Staff is always so helpful. They send me numerous coupons via email for savings. If you buy 5 pairs of jeans you get a free pair at any price, I've also gotten free bras. Great sales in the store as well. LOVE this place! read more

This is one of my favorite American eagle stores to shop in! I always walk out spending at least $200. They always have new things every time I go and they also have all the sizes. The workers are also helpful and even if you see a large line don't get scared cause it will go fast. The is my go to store for American eagle if not here it's the one in union square. But this location is closer to me than the city. read more

When you buy at American eagle, you know exactly what you are about to get. And there are years that I will buy the same things (For the children) at the beginning of every season. About the store itself: They do not everything, but they have the basic, so when I know what I need, I know I will find it here. Come on sales days, you may find the prices ridiculously low. This review will be about this specific retail location mostly, and a little bit about the company itself. THIS LOCATION is absolutely great, they carry an abundance of larger sizes in store. I'm a 2XL; or XXL, and every store I go into doesn't carry it in store and you have to order it online and they don't allow you to order it in store. For me a couple of years ago when I didn't have my bank account, this hurt my willingness to go to the store (not this store, other stores). Many mainstream media companies like Hollister, Aeropostale, Abercrombie and Fitch, and Superdry all do this. My first time walking into the store I was shocked to see they had 2XL in-store. Not just one random one in the pile, I think there was at least 3 or 4. This store's selection of jeans is great, not too much and not too little and they carry the athletic fit jeans. Ever since I found out about them I practically live in them. They also carry sizes above 40 and not cap it at 36 like other stores do. Store employees are friendly and patient and helpful. THE COMPANY as a whole is absolutely phenomenal. Their products are true quality, and they have sizes that fit pretty much anybody. When I say anybody I mean ANYBODY. They carry up to 3XL and up to 40 inch waists. Their stuff is usually very soft and comfortable to wear, not slim fitting at all. Their athletic slim straight jeans are my favorite jeans ever. Athletic is made for the person that has a waist and some junk in the trunk but with skinny legs. The quality is amazing and justifies the $60 price tag but they usually run sales on them and you can get them for under $50 which if you ask me is an amazing price. Solid store, 69/10. read more

I went to American eagle outfitters at kings plaza on may 9 2017 and am very upset at the disgusting and unethical business practice that I experienced with one of the employees: Cashier (skinny African American guy wearing a hat with a feather in it): would you like to sign up for a rewards card? Me: does it get me any discount for today? Him: no Me: ok no thank you Him: How about 10% off for today's purchase? Me: ok I'll do it then We sign me up for the card. Him: ok so your total is $76.50 Me: okaay what about the 10% off for today? Him: what 10% Me: the 10% that you said I would get off today's purchase if I signed up Him: I never mentioned 10% Me: yes you did Him: I didn't mean you will get 10% off, I was just asking if you would do it for 10% Me: (stares in disbelief for 20 seconds at his dishonesty) it's very obvious that I changed my mind because of the 10% that you offered Him: (giving me 10% off because he's a liar) ok ok. Goddamn the lengths people will go to to get their commission. I am posting this because I hope AEO looks into this to fire/discipline that employee so other people don't have to feel the anger/taken advantage of like I did. I wish I had his name. This is one store i MUST APPLAUD THE SALESPEOPLE! At first I thought it wasn't real the kindness and smiles. Hard time finding my size but with the help of a salesperson name Teona she made it much easier. The store finally had a sale of 40% off. I'm a person that is picky about jeans and I want the perfect ones. With Teona extreme patience and determation for me to be able to walk away pleased me and I had to give it a mention. I then walked to the connecting aerie where there was a sale of 10 panti es for $35. This time the saleswoman Alphia equally helpful WALKING around until I was pleased. Aero you have TWO GREAT ONES. The store is kinda small however seems to have a descent selection considering, avoid going in when it is too crowded because u bump into other people the way it's set up, The checkout is always kinda fast, they have a helpfull staff nicer then most of the other stores in the mall. A good place to get casual wear for yourself or as a gift for somebody, trendy clothes for a reasonable price. read more

This store has many casual clothing. Since I'm a jeans and t-shirt type of gal, I can usually find a lot of these here. Clothes here are appealing to most age groups, especially teens, but since I will always be a teen in my mind, I will continue to shop here until I'm old and gray. read more
