She got frustrated when my grandma decided she didn't want a certain pair of pants, my grandma picked up on her rude vibe and just bought them so Lisa (the chicos worker) happy. I was absolutely shocked on how she acted towards my grandma and couldn't imagine how she would have acted if I wasn't there. Not until I asked her her first name when I left she changed her attitude. Not great customer service, bummer cause my grandma loves chicos. Not going back, very disrespectful to elders.

In a time when so many brands have outsourced everything overseas, Pendleton still weaves much of its wool fabric in the United States. That alone makes it stand out. What makes this location even more special is that a full retail Pendleton store is actually rare to find. You simply don't see many of them around the country, which makes discovering one right here in Old Town Fort Collins feel like a real gem. And it fits perfectly here. Old Town already has such a wonderful mix of boutiques, restaurants, and independent shops, and Pendleton adds something unique to that landscape. It brings a sense of tradition and craftsmanship that you don't encounter very often anymore. If you or your small children are nervous, terrified, or otherwise reluctant to be skewered, the staff are very patient. Only when you or your child are ready will they then shoot you! If you feel like having both of your ears done at the same time so that there is only a single swift moment of horrific pain, they have you covered. Both employees can shoot you at the same time!
