Because I didn't realize it until two weeks outside of the return policy, they would not return it or pay to have a hook added. Their clothes are too expensive to have such a crappy return policy. I will not ever shop there again. Once bought a sweater with fringes. The minutes I washed it, the fringes started to unravel.

Took it upon myself to get my own dressing room, tried on 10 items, walked out and 2 employees were standing in the doorway to the dressing rooms talking and didn't acknowledge me. In todays world stores are closing daily due to more internet shopping. Then they want me to fill out a form to forward to the store. Such a missed opportunity for them to take ownership to rectify the situation. I would say improve training to address the issue. If your representative cannot function without a customer's phone number, your process is broken and that is why brick and mortar stores will join the dinosaur era.

Because I was 3 days late they offered to give me a credit for what the dress is worth now which was $13.99 and I paid $29.99 originally. I had a receipt and explained the situation but the cashier was callous. I kept the dress and I'll give it to someone but they will never ever have my business again!

I can only describe it as Anthropologie-lite (sorry Yvonne C!) - I walked out of there with a sweet winter wool coat for $37 on sale. Seriously? I could have bought 5 for the price of my last big coat investment. Granted, it probably won't last me as long, but it's just what I was looking for. This particular location is not super large - they are a family owned chain of about 100+ stores - but features fashionable, reasonably priced clothes (Meghan got 2 great dresses for $60), lots of jewelry and handbags, picture frames, and some odds and ends gifty items. Really, I love it. Right now they are having a 30% sale on almost everything in the store. That makes me happy.

This place is like an Anthropologie meets Forever 21, with cute doodads up front, nice jewelry and really cute dresses that are not too expensive. Their adorable dresses range from $30-50 and are pretty unique designs. I found one that I've grown very fond of and found it a steal at $20 but when I was rung up it was an additional 50% off... I ended up getting more items. I told the girls (who were absolutely wonderful) working there that I was from CA and she told me that Francesca's is actually based there. But mainly in SoCal. Darn.. but at least I don't have to fly all the way out to the Ft. Collins area to see this place again.
