Took sweater to store( located 45+ miles from my home) employee said the owner has to deal with it so I left my number . Owner never called so I called once again to see what would be done. Another run around and they said they would call me back. Once again no call back so I call make contact again. Owner said his rep from adidas is in Vegas so nothing can be done until he gets in touch with him. Weeks go by no call. I call to see If owner is available ( once again NO) and employee tells me he can do nothing because it's his last day. So today over a month and a half later since purchase I call to see if they are gonna do anything and they put it on owner once again(unavailable ,shocker) when I tell employee that I've never had a business give me such a run around In my life . He tells me it's not his problem and precedes to become a little cocky. I tell him that they have 24 hrs to get in touch with me or I'll call a lawyer . He tells me I cannot say that and that I'm out of line . Really ? Over 2 mo. Of my communicating with no reply and I'm in wrong. Needless to say I'm still out 60+ dollars for what could be a bootlegged sweater with crumbling letters. Do not shop here with confidence . Amateur business owners with horrible customer service and return policies. Better off spending money at a national store or via the internet.

These shoes and inserts are designed for runners and walkers. They have a machine that is able to measure your foot size in width and length and height of arch as well as pressure points. I am not able to bend over enough to tie shoes so the Sketcher type of slip on shoe is what I was interested in. However they have a slim selection of this type of shoe. Our salesman was very patient and helpful and came up with a solution.

Last time I bought shoes from here I went for a basic black but this time I was looking for something colorful. I found an awesome pair of colorful nikes for only $60 and I am super excited to have colorful walking shoes. At shoe stores I don't really take advantage of the staff, but they were friendly and when I needed them to grab the pair I wanted to try on (and ultimately bought) they got it quickly. This mall has a lot of shoe stores and clothing stores that also sell shoes, so this store does have some competition. While I do stop everywhere while at a mall to make sure I am getting what I need and want, FinishLine continues to be a place I often double back to give in to buying their shoes.

They just let the phone ring off the hook. After 3 minutes, it disconnects and you need to try again. If you can get one of their misfits to answer, do not expect an ounce of professionalism, politeness, or any person who is helpful, caring, or good-hearted. And if you have to make a return for defective merchandise, expect to be met with resistance and hostility. They prefer to push that off onto the manufacturer. Being there feels more like being in a women's prison rather than a shoe store. So, if you're into having that vibe, along with extremely rude service and painfully slow checkout lines, then this is your place to shop! If I can bring myself to do business with FinishLine ever again, I can assure you it will not be possible by doing business at this particular store.
