A year ago she wanted me to do laser surgery for glaucoma. I got a second opinion and was told I didn't need that procedure. Leaving me to believe she is only trying to make money on me. She was very unprofessional in dealing with my questions. She abruptly walked out on me. I highly recommend finding another eye doctor.

She speaks to blacks as if she's Imperial to us, instantly when entering the room, she came off rude and insensitive accusing me of not taking my eye care seriously because of not seeing me in a year! Once I explain that the reason of her not seeing me was cause I was bed bound due to spinal surgery? I said we spoke about this, dont you remember? Instead of apologizing she ignored me. I then told her my eye doctor ""David Kim"prior to her always had me on 2 eyes drops not one after again Dr Crandle accuse me of not taking my drops cause my pressure was high ?? All my prescription are on automatically refill at the local CVS! Instead of getting to the root of my glacouma, Dr Crandle clearly became confrontational and the discomfort was all over her face while giving me this look that I swear to God was pure hate!! Clearly she was offended because I told her I've always been on more than one eye drop from my last doctor because next she smartly said.. "I'll just refer you back to him" Basically kick me out her office for no reason at all! When I tell you her approach was very aggressive from the start believe me it was! I'll take a lie detector test, that's how truthful I'm being right now! This lady don't respect black people and that explain why their isn't one black employee beside a token employee she try to keep as cover up! A young lady name Miss Morris told me before I went here, very young black girl that Dr Crandle was rude to her and now I feel bad for not listening to her! WE ARE NOT WELCOME AT CRANDLES EYE CARE in Jesup Ga! If anyone personally know me know I'm nowhere confrontational even all my doctors so yeah she is a racist!! Don't trust her with your grandparents, family members eye care because she's not going to give you the same care as a white person! Gibson McDonald Furniture…read more A tale of two companies. We were shopping for a bed for my son, who is wheelchair bound, a kitchen set, and a couch and Ottoman. When we entered GMF, we were initially greeted. We told Bobby Jo what we were looking for and she said if we had any questions, to ask.... And then she went back to the counter and sat down and started conversing with her co-worker. We proceeded to try every mattress to make sure that it would work for him. Every time we had a question, we would have to go to the back of the store and ask her. At one point she pointed to the kiosk and told us to "look it up there" if we don't see what we want. When we couldn't find it in the system, she begrudgingly came out from behind her counter and helped us. We browsed for a couch and kitchen table, but decided it would be better to look elsewhere. When we entered the next store, we received a much better greeting. While the salesperson did not hover, she remained in sight and could readily answer questions. Unfortunately, they did not have the style of bed my son needed in the size that he was looking for. So while we purchased the couch and table at the second store, we returned to GMF to order his bed. We were informed that the bed usually arrives within 7-10 days and they will call to schedule delivery when it comes in. (At the second store, we were given a delivery date before we left the store). This was on July 10th. July 18th, the second store called us first thing in the morning to arrange a time to deliver. They worked with our schedule. The men who delivered the furniture were friendly and professional. They put everything together with expertise and efficiency. July 20th, Bobby Jo called to inform us that the bed was in, but the mattress we ordered was on back order. We were not informed of this when we ordered the bed. She offered to let us have a slightly cheaper mattress that was in stock. We declined as we had no way of knowing if this mattress would be comfortable for him, and we could not return it if he didn't like it. We opted for delivery of the bed frame and to wait on the mattress. She said that they would call in the morning to schedule a time for delivery. When I asked if she knew about what time they would deliver the bed, she said she didn't know, but they would call in the morning to tell me. The following day, after I put my son in his wheelchair, I broke down the heavy hospital bed and moved it out of his room. At 10:45, I still had not heard from the delivery department and called the store. We were informed that the bed was not being delivered today and they were only going to call to SCHEDULE the delivery for a later date, and that we have to give them time to call, it's only 10:54 and they are loading the truck. The delivery department finally called at noon and scheduled the delivery for FRIDAY between 12 and 2 pm. This meant that I had to drag his hospital bed back into his room and reassemble it so that he would have somewhere to sleep. The company policy is that back ordered items can take up to 6 MONTHS for delivery, but they don't tell you when you order that the items will be on back order. We told them we didn't even want the mattress at this point, to just refund it and we would purchase one elsewhere. We rearranged our entire day so that we would be home between 12 and 2 on Friday to wait on them to deliver the bed. We ran errands in the morning and at 10:12, we received an automated call that they would be at the house in 30 minutes. We had to stop what we were doing and rush home. They arrived 15 minutes later. As they were putting the bed together, they were arguing about how to put it together. Neither one of them knew what they were doing. I saw one of them sneaking out of the house with what looked like a slat, but it was cracked. When we asked him about it, he didn't want to show us the piece. I told him that it looked cracked and he said it was just trash. When I went into the room and requested AGAIN to see the piece, they brought it in and said that it was a form piece for packing, and it was cracked. The bed frame was also cracked. They only mentioned it as we were standing there asking questions. I don't believe they were going to say anything if we hadn't pressed the issue. When we called the office, they did not even apologize. This has been the most unprofessional experience I've had with a furniture company EVER. ZERO communication. ZERO customer service. Their only saving grace is their corporate manager who was very responsive and very respectful when we had to speak with him.
