Often, the delivery will be two to there days late. This past Monday, one off their "therapists" came to my home on a scheduled visit and asked me how many empty tanks i needed on Wednesday. I called Resource Medical today (Friday) and found out that the order had never been turned in. This means that I am stuck at home for the weekend and don't have enough Oxygen tanks to make a drive to visit family. As a small independent drug store they don't have quite the selection that you find in chain drug stores but I always manage to find what I am looking for and feel good about supporting a locally owned shop as opposed to a big corporate chain. They do have a small but nice selection of locally made items, including soaps, scrubs, candles, bug spray, etc.

I even called twice to ascertain if they were ready and was advised that they were. My wife even called and was told the same, just to show up and it not be ready. In addition, the first time I visited this location, I was the fifth person in line and none of us left with our medications. Actually my wife just returned home from trying to pick a script up and it was again not ready. I actually prayed for patience the first time I went in the business. Maybe it's all on me or maybe a sign to go elsewhere.
