It almost canceled the deal, but the Seller showed that the information was not correct. I feel that the employee was trying to get a huge job and put in the incorrect information, but of course that's only my opinion. We are long time customers of Watson Brothers, but will never use them again. Charging people and not delivering the report is dishonest. Putting false items in a report is also dishonest.

They both speak with confidence and back it up with ability. I interviewed at least 3 painters before I chose them. Their references were really good. I checked out their nice website, as well. Our kitchen and bathroom had wallpaper to be removed, there are holes to be patched and dinginess everywhere. Some of the other painters told me about the shortcuts they would take and promised me I would never notice. I bet I will. Some painters had names for their companies but I knew I would be writing the check to the painter because there is no real company. I check all of that stuff out. But Priceless Painting Plus is a real company, it has insurance, it has a written warranty of its work, etc. Trae is very specific about what I'm paying for. It shows in the written itemization of his quote. They communicate so very well that I am never confused.
