They removed half the cabinets that weren't even level from the Home Depot installer and fixed everything and installed the trim kit that came with the cabinets. Amazingly-they also did fence work and my fence was demolished by a tree branch. They got that too. Took them two days for everything.

As a Realtor who is active in the service industry, I tried my very best to stay patient and…read moreunderstanding but the level of service or lack thereof is highly concerning. Josh, Justin and Garret seem like GREAT guys who could have a great business if they were also in the business of prompt follow ups and service. A listing agent contracted punchlist pros to complete services on a house that we had under contract back in mid April that was to be taken care of before closing on April 27th. Things happen and supposedly the tub liner that was picked up that was to be installed prior to closing was damaged. We were told they'd get a new one/order one and quickly have this taken care of in a week or so. Well it is now June 11th, I personally have reached out to punchlist pros close to a dozen times since closing, at which point Justin texted me last week assuring me he would get this taken care of and he apologized up and down for them dropping the ball. He checked in to see when they could get a new tub liner and said Lowe's told them it was missing at the store and they didn't have it but he would get me an update on when they will have it and it should be taken care of early this week. I reached out to him directly on Monday twice, with no response. Called the main line and reached garret at which point he said he'd get with Justin then return my call. Surprise surprise, that didn't happen. So we reach out again on Wednesday to Justin directly, no response. We call the main line, again garret says he will check in and call back.. at that point I requested an update by end of day as they had given us this run around before. Another surprise, that never happened. I then sent an email expecting absolutely anybody else in the admin department to respond and I'm sure you can guess the outcome there. We called back all day Thursday and sent another text to Justin directly and once again our messages have not been answered. We have been super patient and RESPECTFUL even though at this point the common person would absolutely lose any patience they had. Tomorrow will be Friday, and I can almost guarantee that we will not receive a phone call back. the worst part is, you can genuinely tell these folks are all around good people and simply don't know how to handle a major screw up to this capacity. But as easy going as we are, if we even just had an update to send to our clients and were kept up to date on what is happening then we would be much more receptive to what is happening. I only hope this review will better help them learn from this mistake and provide better service to the next person.

Edit: Small claims court sided with Josh as he had proof of Materials he bought and the wages he…read morepaid his help showing he only made $200 off this job. Again his ignorance and not my fault. I left a review on his business Facebook page and he informed me while we were at small claims court that he would sue me for slander if I did not remove the review. Being the stubborn person I am I wasn't going to do that. I was convinced not to be self-destructive so I did eventually remove the review. I don't have to talk bad about the owner or this business for people to know what kind of person he is. He's making a name for himself I don't have to worry about that. Edit: Drake called and he came back Saturday and replaced the split and broken trim and put long enough pieces that it doesn't look like the junk he left me with and was suppose to come back yesterday but had a reason they couldn't so they were going to come back today but got caught up with a church event and never called and when Drake just told him not to come back and he replied with a thumbs up. They told me it would be a one day job and they were here a little bit every day Mon-Sat rushing around acting like it was just a pain and and left me with an unfinished job that looks like a newbie had done it. Edit: I've spoke to a couple of people who previously used punchlist pros and had good things to say but recent work was over charged or/and charged an excess amount for the time he was there. Cameras don't lie. This is your local Punch List Pros! Owner Josh Pack. I want to cry right now! I had a set of steps built, door replaced and subfloor to entrance replaced. I paid way to much for this kind of work, pictures of previous work looked great, people I know used this company. Why?? The gaps where you can see, the trim around the door pieces together, more gaps and I know this wasn't all new material, told me they had to use what they had and they even drilled a new hole in the door to attach the old hardware and now the new hardware will not stay because they've messed that area up. It was a steel door that cost me $350. You can literally see daylight thru the bottom of the doors. I am so unhappy right now. This is why I HATE hiring people. It's not like they would have done a better job if I had complained I feel, I just wanted it done right the first time. The post on the deck to the handrail is not in the ground.
