Oh my where do I begin ! Thought Mike was a great guy , have done business with him before…read more Something changed ! Went to pick out granite for over my washer and dryer . After that , NOTHING ! No show no connection ! No measuring , no temp plate . Not a word ! I finally called him and he said he would come out the next day ! He never showed up! I wasted a day waiting for him . After waiting 3 months I finally went to Solid image . Counter top was installed in less than then 2 weeks . Mike doesn't do small jobs anymore . Wish he would have told me from the beginning that he is to busy or that the job is to small . I trusted him .

My problem with them applies to the other smaller places in the area as well. We are looking at granite or stone countertops and I can't even get any ballpark figure as to how much money it's gonna cost me. If I go to Home Depot, at least know how much of the stone is and I can ballpark estimate the cost of the job. for them, I told it will be "three weeks" till the owner can come out and look and give me an estimate. I am here now not in three weeks and that likely applies to a lot of people on the shore and pushes people to the big box stores to buy their granite. I would prefer to use this local business, but getting a cost estimate three weeks in the future is not helpful to me and precludes me from using them. If only they could post rough costs for their samples.
