There were at least five or six sales associates waiting on one customer. We walked out. I'm returning to my fantastic store in my previous home town. Communication was very poor--Luis, the person handling appointments, rarely returned calls, and we had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates. They even canceled on the same day they were supposed to come, which caused delays and a lot of inconvenience. Because of this, we decided to cancel the project altogether. During an earlier visit, their technician Ben tightened two outlet screws and replaced a GFCI outlet using our own materials. Before he did the work, I specifically asked about the cost and was told it would be free. After we canceled the project, we were unexpectedly charged $350 for that small task--without any approval from us. When I called to question the charge, Luis laughed and said "this is how it goes," which was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Overall, very disappointing experience. Poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and unexpected charges without consent. I would not recommend this company.
