I'd wake up in the morning and feel very nauseous. I could hardly work, look at a computer or even work out. Even putting on shoes was painful. The vertigo was affecting my balance, giving me headaches and making me so nauseous. When I came in, I told them my story and they diagnosed me with positional vertigo and gave me some exercises to do to help the vertigo. Guess what - they worked! I've been doing the workouts every day and so far the vertigo has subsided! Most importantly, besides the exercises they have educated me on vertigo, and potential causes. My time with Dr. Vyas was always one on one, unlike other P/Ts, who are sometimes working with 2 patients at a time. Dr. Vyas is always sensitive to where I am in my healing process, asks questions and always explaining why we are doing particular exercises, and how to do them correctly.
