Clay, from Elite Siteworks called me the same day and made appointment to come the next day to look at the problem. He arrived on time and then he and I spent close to an hour talking about the issues. We tossed around ideas about how to fix it, discussed a price, and came up with a plan. Asked for stump removal of a 1 acre lot & lot be flattened so i could mow an orchard. Due to heavy rain, the lot was left with 6" deep dozer tracks for me to mower over. They still haven't subsided after 4 months. --Asked for valley that occasionally got muddy be filled in, but it somehow got dug deeper & held standing water for over a month. Said he come back to remedy the valley full of water, but never heard from him again. --Asked to have debris piled up from edge of orchard to 10' away from edge. This was done on most of the lot, but the but the remaining perimeter was left a 20' gap bewteen the orchard edge and the start of the debris. This wasted(blocked off) over 2000 square foot of planting space I could have used for my orchard.
