When he built my AMAZING garage with living quarters above, I was given a huge binder at the end. That binder contains every warranty card, every registration paper, every manual corresponding to the appliances, utilities, cabinetry & flooring, and all materials used. I wish he'd built my home for that binder alone! John is the epitome of service-after-the-sale. You want him in your corner, and in the favorites on your phone. Especially if you are the lady of the home, and can be taken advantage of by some other services in the valley. John and Peggy are good people. The best. And I've yet to find Anything he can't do!
