The cables recently failed with one side completely off the spool and one side tangled. The customer service person eventually agreed to take my name and number to hand off to the maintenance crew but no one ever got back to me. But I could've gotten that for less with some sub-par Home Depot hired contractor. I was really excited initially based off the one review, but unfortunately he is the best we have in this area. The other small contractors are only worse from what I've heard from citizens of this area.
