I messed up and knocked my garage door off of the rails late Thursday night. Started calling repair services 1st thing Friday morning. First two I called could only leave a message. Then called Riverside and was VERY pleasantly surprised to have a real person answer (very rare these days). Told me what he thought it would cost and he would check when he could get someone over to fix it. Called back in about 10 min. and said Devon would be here some time later today and would call to let me know when he was on his way. Devon called about 3 or a little after to say he was on his way, He got here went straight to work and it only took him about 1 hour to have the door repaired and it is operating fine, he knows what he is doing. Cost exactly as I was quoted. I highly recommend Riverside doors. By the way this is Saturday and neither of those other co. have called me yet. read more

When my garage door broke recently Riverside technicians arrived quickly and did an excellent repair. Two days ago I contacted Riverside regarding installation of an emergency handle on the inside of the garage door. I contacted Riverside Garage Doors for repair service based on the recommendation of a friend and felt even more confident after seeing the great reviews here and on Google. The rail on my 4-year old garage door had come completely out of the wall above my garage door apparently due to an inferior, or even potentially faulty, installation. Surprisingly, Riverside was able to schedule me within a couple of days and Mike and Jeremy efficiently and professionally fixed the problem for me. Given that a garage door and/or garage door opener that is incorrectly installed or is malfunctioning can be either dangerous to you or others, risky for your car, or just inconvenient should it fail with your car stuck in the garage, having a reliable and trustworthy company to call upon is invaluable. I called Riverside Garage Doors on a Friday, late in the day and they were able to have someone out first thing Monday. Dan called early and got here quickly. He diagnosed the issue and needed a different part. Upon hearing that, I figured it would be weeks. He clarified that he would be back in a bit! I was in need of a new garage door opener. I stopped in Riverside office on Friday and visited with I think Paul. He explained in detail what the cost would be to replace the opener. He also helped a new employee enter all the details of my order. I ask for a military/veteran discount on my cost. He said he would ask the boss. In addition, I told him I was leaving for the winter in three weeks and he said he would schedule me before I left. I received a call from him later that day with with a installation for Monday. Installer Dan arrived on time and did a outstanding job installing the opener in a very short time. He explained everything about the opener and also lubed all the rollers.
