Do not use this company. I talked to Chris a few times then met with them to get a quote for a whole house audio system. They then billed me for a tech service call. It was a sales call. Their mistake. Plus they never gave me the requested quote! When I called Emily to explain their billing mistake, she was incredibly rude, both on the phone and via email, and then sent my bogus "invoice" to a collection agency. Incredible. I share the concern of others regarding customer service. I am quite satisfied with my installation except for an expensive router that just plain doesn't work properly. It is a router that they recommended highly and I can't even get a call back for assistance. Seems foolish to me to jeoperdize and otherwise good recommendation over something so simple as a return phone call. UPDATE: Would like to change this review to five stars. After a kind of rough beginning, I am very pleased to have settled the problems with the poorly selected router. They provided a very high quality new one and gave me full credit for the bad one. I would also like to support the comments of others regarding Alex. He is an exceptional installer and very helpful to those of us who are somewhat limited "technology-wise." read more
