Supervisor Nathan told us when they would be here and he was accurate! Matt and Brandon S did the trimming on our very tall cedars. They were both very open to our requests and did what we wanted, making sure not to chop off too much and leave us with bare branches. They cleaned up nicely too. read more

I found recommendations for Northwest Mechanical on a local FB group page. I called last night after hours and got a call First thing this morning. The scheduler was able to move some routine maintenance around and get us in this afternoon. Scott showed up on time and was very professional. He took care of our issue quickly and was very kind. This is his family business, started by his dad and now he and his brothers work there as well. I'm so please with their expediency and professionalism. Don't hesitate to call them if you have a need!

We just had 5 trees taken down and 3 other trees trimmed out of our yard. The experience with Todd's was exceptional from beginning to end. Nathan gave us a thorough, honest review of our tree situation which resulted in a very reasonable estimate and then managed the entire process effectively and efficiently. He was very pleasant to work with! His on-site team: John, Brandon and Cameron, were each timely, professional and respectful of our home and yard. John and Brandon were excellent . They went over and above with the tree trimming, tree removal and debris clean up from the ice storm here in northern Michigan .
