I've watched his teaching and training style with his students. He stresses defensive techniques and teaches his students to only use their karate only to defend themselves against aggressors. All of the staff at The Academy are professional, kind and friendly. They were so wonderful with the kids today and made sure that nothing was forgotten. They found out my daughter's theme and even went above and beyond and purchased Minecraft plates, napkins and tablecloths: An amazing touch! Cutting the cake with a real samurai sword might have been the icing on the cake, of course only after defeating the Jedi master in a light saber battle in the dark! Top notch!!
