The GM who signed me up for my membership was awesome and he's staffing some friendly people as well at the front desk as well. The pool is now fully functional and I've used it; its loaded with chlorine but I'm not mad considering id rather swim where its clean. The gym overall is very clean! The bathrooms do weird me out a bit but I think that's more of a personal problem and not something La should be concerned about. Also, every class I've taken has been awesome! Highly recommend.

I have never felt more in tune with my body and confident with myself. From a classic to an Empower or Reform class, I am challenged every single day and I appreciate that each studio changes their routine frequently. This location is extra cute because you can early tell there is a sense of community. The instructor announced that there would be a book club held next week and there were even Polaroid photos of members that finished recent challenges. I started doing barre last year, and this was my first experience with it. I have a pre-existing knee injury that severely limits my ability to do any interesting workouts. I found barre and I was sold. It exhausted me, it was rewarding, and I seriously got so much stronger so quickly! It is an amazing experience. The teachers are motivating, the classes are inclusive of all body types and abilities, and everyone is kind. The goal is to get stronger - not hotter, skinnier, etc., which I really, really appreciate. The customer service is also fantastic! I have had some issues with my knee and as such have had to stop going recently. The customer service team worked with me to pause my account indefinitely so that by the time I come back, I won't be paying any additional fees or increased payments. They respond promptly to concerns, and are always apologetic if something goes wrong. I've never been worried about feeling heard with them. The location itself is very convenient, and has great hours. They have classes ranging from 6am to the evening, which I really appreciate! It's such a cute place, and is always sparkling clean. I would highly recommend checking this place out!

I have worked with Heather for 6 months now and could not be happier. Her positive attitude is better than any preworkout on the market. I have limitations in my workouts due to ankle issues and she had always been extremely cautious/conscious of preventing injuries. Free-weight room: Have to agree, stuck in a "smaller" downstairs room. With more than 5 people it gets a little crowded. Would like to see improvement here. Classes: I LOVE the classes (Group Power, Core, and Interval). But the times are tough. Often during the work day. This is great for many, but they NEED more classes after work (530 and later). I'm sorry, I can't do the 515AM classes. But the classes themselves are great! HealthTrax is expensive. But I've found the trainers to be attentive. The support staff is friendly. Overall it's one of the better options in my immediate area (don't get me started on Planet Fitness in Enfield).

The showers are clean and the water is very hot! Staff is very friendly. They explained that they had a workout pass that they offered for 75 dollars and you get 10 workouts with it. Great deal if you're a visit often. They never expire, unless you do before they go out of business. The internet doesn't really exist and cell service is spotty. I guess that's a good thing if you're just trying to unplug and get your sweat on. The folks that workout there are fairly friendly. I'd recommend this business to a friend.

I would approach this place with caution…read more I cancelled my "Pay as you go" membership, and after 2 months was sent to collections. The membership was labeled as a "Pay as you go" cancellation with 30 days notice, however, going to the gym for 1 1/2 years and cancelling at the beginning of the month likely wasn't enough for them. I received a call from collections today saying I owe $124, admin fee, membership fee, and and a gym fee. Definitely avoid this place. Just another note, the equipment is ancient. I saw someone using the back row machine, the cable broke into his face while in use. Poorly maintained. Odor within the gym is terrible, very minimal AC in the Summer.
