So I asked why they have one on the floor to sell if they can't order them why are they displaying it she couldn't explain it I offered to buy the floor model oh well we can't sell you the floor model we need to be able to sell those for the manufacturer well if you can't order them and you can't get them what's the point of having the floor model. So then I said okay I canceled the order I want to bring the trailer back and I want my money back oh well we can't do that cuz we rode on the title why did you write on the title not only that they put the title in my son's name. This is the worst store the worst customer service I have ever experienced Guess I'll be going to home Depot in Ace hardware from now on and they're going to lose out because I'm redoing my whole yard and everything else and I have a 32,000 credit card with them they screwed up.
