This is the second appliance I've had delivered from this location, and both experiences were identically awful. Despite confirming the delivery date and time multiple times, they still call you the day of -- and if you don't answer right away, they'll cancel and reschedule without warning. Even worse, the drivers somehow get "lost" every time, even though Google Maps takes you directly to the property. It's a short-term rental, and guests from all over have no trouble finding it -- so clearly, the issue isn't the location. The manager, Alyssa, is not easy to work with and has a condescending tone. You end up speaking with three or more different people just to get answers, and each time you have to retell the entire story from the beginning. They gave two completely different excuses for missing the delivery: first, they told me they showed up, knocked, and left because no one answered (yet couldn't provide the photos they claimed to have taken). Then they told the property manager they couldn't get into a gated community -- which doesn't even exist. To top it off, my tenant was literally on the phone with them giving turn-by-turn directions when they hung up and never showed. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

On Saturday January 17, 2026 I visited your store in Lindale TX, (Store 1965) on my way to Alexandria, Louisiana and purchased some items that I may have needed in order to finish a project. After completing the project I realized that I purchased more supply than I needed, so I decided to return the excess supply to the Alexandria location (store #0586). I had my receipt in hand along with the unused un open material that I purchased less than 12 hours ago. I was greeted at customer service by an elderly lady with glasses in which I informed her of what I was there for and presented her my receipt, in which she asked which store I got the material from and in which I replied, "I purchased at the Lindale location on my way to Alexandria, she replied, "this address doesn't match the receipt" and called a manager over by the name of Yana, " in which she asked which store I had purchased this material and replied " the store in Lindale, TX," at this point I started to get aggravated because they started to whisper low regarding my receipt, in which at this point I presented them with my phone which had the email copy of the receipt along with the myLowes credit card transaction, in which Yana replied, " that doesn't look legit" and this receipt will not scan, I asked if she can pull up the transaction by my credit card, phone number, or even all the store to pull up the transaction number or the invoice number and she refused and stated, " I don't believe this material came from a Lowe's store" and refused my return. I asked to speak to an manager and she informed that she was the manager on duty and there wasn't anyone else to speak to. Once I left the store I was insulted due to the fact they assumed my receipt was fake and very aggravated with professionalism and customer service I received. After composing myself I called the Lindale store to get some clarification and verify if it was something I was missing. I spoke with an associate by the name of Austin( I must say she was very wonderful to speak with and she apologized for the events of that evening) I explained to her what happened and she asked me for my invoice number in which I provided to her and she was able to locate my transaction, the dollar amount, items purchased, and time of the transaction. She also sent me another copy of the email receipt for my records. She explained that without the receipt they should be able to look up my purchase by phone number or credit card, and I can return the items to any Lowes location. I called the Alexandria store the next day to report this incident and spoke with a manager by the name of Courtney. I provided her with the invoice and she said that she may not be able to pull it up because the invoice numbers recycled daily. After hearing that I decided to return my items to another location, after retuning home on Sunday January 18, 2026, I returned the items to the Mansfield, TX location(1511) in which the entire transaction took less than 5 mins. Went in ordered a refrigerator they told me I could pick it up the next day I ended up purchasing a trailer as well so I could get the refrigerator home then I get a call saying I have to cancel my order for the refrigerator because they can't get it. So I asked why they have one on the floor to sell if they can't order them why are they displaying it she couldn't explain it I offered to buy the floor model oh well we can't sell you the floor model we need to be able to sell those for the manufacturer well if you can't order them and you can't get them what's the point of having the floor model. So then I said okay I canceled the order I want to bring the trailer back and I want my money back oh well we can't do that cuz we rode on the title why did you write on the title not only that they put the title in my son's name. This is the worst store the worst customer service I have ever experienced Guess I'll be going to home Depot in Ace hardware from now on and they're going to lose out because I'm redoing my whole yard and everything else and I have a 32,000 credit card with them they screwed up. read more

DO NOT DEPEND ON good service with LOWES! Recently I bought a brand new washer and dryer and service to deliver and set up and for sometime after. Well, with great disappointment they forced me to take a day off because of a 12 hour window I had to be available for them to deliver. Then they finally got here and was stinky and threw my washer and dryer in the wash room and failed to do proper hooking them up as they didn't even tight the hose on the back of the dryer nor did they make a effort to try it out nor show me anything. Then after washing I found water coming from the washer!!! The dryer blew hot air and lint everywhere. After waiting a week or so for delivery and they said it would take another week or so to send someone out here to tighten hoses that we just got it done through another source. Also I had to get service to turn my dryer door around correctly as I had to read to find that that could be done. The LOWES people are No help so I advise all people looking for good service to use a real appliance company like Trotters. My friend got great service with them. There was no value in Lowe's as you will end up paying for someone to clean up their mess. Now I live in regret and will buy appliances the right way in the future. read more

I purchased a dryer from this location. Online it stated $79 delivery and "free installation". When they arrived with the dryer, the "3rd party installer" stated we can't install this because it is on a built-in wooden pedastal not a metal pedastal Lowe's sold you". This inspite of the fact the wooden built-in was modeled precisely after the Samsung metal pedastals. There was no up front disclosure limiting installation of a ground floor dryer on a wooden pedastal. In fact, Home Depot delivered and installed the previous dryer without any issue whatsoever on the exact same pedastal. Now it's my problem to get installed. I would NEVER have purchased this from Lowe's had this been disclosed. This is false advertising. The third party service provider (whom they wouldn't provide the business name) should cease to provide services. read more

Overall a decent Lowes location conveniently located near other big box stores and restaurants. On a recent visit, I purchased some paint and the employee mixing it was more concerned to talk with his coworker than provider service and answers to me as I waited. I thanked him for the paint and he just stared at me- not a word- no you're welcome or anything. This was poor customer service. I do expect better. read more

The worst service EVER, forget the "No Hassle" policy, they advertise but don't adhere. So the story goes like this... I had a $6.00 oven cleaner that I purchased. When I got home which is .2 miles away, I notice the top was broken and unable to spray. I immediately returned and saw Trina at Customer Service. I requested to do an EVEN exchange, Ms. Trina had just handled my transaction. The policy states on the register "NO HASSLE, no receipt, no problem just need a phone number". Trina (in her crouton voice) said, nope you need a receipt and when I Inquired about the policy she said that I would have had to provide a phone number at the time of purchase... what do you know, I had... and I did this purchase using my "myLowe's" as well as my business acct. When I provided my phone number, i was then again asked for my ID again which I did not have with me for this simple return. Thank GOD Ms. Yvette walked up and said "A swap for an even swap, her girl take your items". Yvette you are an ALL-STAR... TRINA... you are on the "Wall of Shame". And, you had a terrible attitude! Stay home if you don't want to service customers with a pleasant attitude and adhere to store policies. Home Depot, I may have to bring my business to you even though you are much further away. For a home improvement store, I find it ironic that they haven't fixed the leaking toilet in the women's restroom for the past 2 months. Every time I've been here, I've told an employee that it is leaking and nothing has happened. That being said, there are some really nice people in this store and they are a tremendous help. Specifically, Jeremy in flooring helped me by ordering the tile I wanted from all the local stores since it was clearance and we couldn't find it elsewhere. read more

It's the walmart of the home improvement box store. This location is kept pretty clean. The associates are somewhat helpful in finding what you need. Just remember if you are playing less for something there has usually been a corner cut somewhere. It seem like there are less screws in a box or the lumber isn't true to the dimensions. I was in the store today and as I was on my way to check out I passed in front of a worker. Out of respect I passed in front of her and said excuse me. She looked at me and said nothing. I looked at her and said excuse me to which she still said nothing. I said okay and walked off. I got to the check out and was very upset and started unloading my items. The cashier started ringing up my items without greeting me, acknowledging me or anything. If you want hardware items they have it, if you want to be treated as a person and with respect go somewhere else. read more

Don't use their flooring installation department. They did half of the job on august 26th 2020 then a week later marked the job as complete in their system. after calling in multiple times to get somebody out to finish the job I had to start going up to the store to get the manager to do anything because my calls were getting ignored. Then I had to keep going back up there because he would never follow up with the installation department to make sure someone made it out to resolve my issue. I would have to drive up there once a week and every time I was informed I should be getting a call to schedule the appointment soon. This went on until October 2nd 2020 when I finally got someone out to finish the job just to be informed I was sold the wrong materials, (even though it is what they sold me based on their evaluation of what I needed.), and would have to exchange them and then reschedule a time for him to come back out. After going back to Lowes to make the exchange I had to go back through the process of getting blown off over and over again. One of the days I was told the manager in charge of this department wasn't there and it wasn't until I called for an ASM that he magically appeared. This went on until December 22nd, (4 months since the job was started), when someone finally came out to complete the installation. Now that the installation is "Complete", I can speak about the work itself. They left 2 of my doors off of their hinges, one of which was "broken before he did the job", according to the installer, even though it wasn't. 1 part of my flooring is buckling up into a small knot that stabs me in the foot every time I walk on it. On the final round of the installation job I brought it up to the installer and he said it would "probably" be fixed when he put the transitional in [it wasn't]. It's now cracking across the board. I have another part of my flooring that is sinking in a spot. One of my transitional strips is not installed correctly because it is just glued to the carpet that is protruding past that rooms elevated flooring so now I have a hard edge there to stab me in the foot every time I walk out of my room. To summarize: It took me over four months and many trips up to the store just to fight with them to get the job done that was already paid for and I am now going to have to hire another company to come and fix the issues they messed up. I know I should make them come out and resolve it but I'm tired of messing with them and would rather take the financial hit and be done with this headache. read more

Wouldn't recommend buying appliances from here! It's most likely not in stock! We made the mistake of ordering a oven March 1st. Was told we could pick it up on March 11th.... maybe even sooner. After placing a phone call to them on the 11th and talking to a rude female employee we found out it hasn't even been shipped. After calling for many days in a row.. they finally told us it would be arriving at the store today (March 19th). Because we live 45 minutes away from this store we called to make sure. We've done been lied to by them previously..didn't want to make a trip for nothing. We had to make several calls to them because appliances wouldn't answer the phone. In the meantime I placed a call to their corporate office. I was put on hold so they could contact them.. The man came back and told me he couldn't get them to answer their phone. We finally got our oven! No more Lowe's for us! read more
